Never have I ever had one good experience here. They were texting and calling me like crazy to come pick up prescriptions i didnt even need refilled. I kept telling them that and theyd be right on it again the next day. The prices of any prescription I ever need is like omg expensive. Can get much cheaper anywhere else. Anytime I call Im immediately put on hold and never answered. I usually have to wait in like forever to pickup or dropoff. Last time I was there with the husband. Waited in like forever to pick up just to be told i have to wait in line at the dropoff area to have a coupon processed. Finally after waiting in line all over again the guy couldnt get it to work. We told him dont worry about it we had an appt! He told us it would be real quick... five minutes later still nothing. We told him forget about it. He said it would be done in a second. I had to stand back in line once again just to get someone to help me!!! While thats going on this guy is still at the drop off area trying to fix the problem with my coupon! Then he tells the guy waiting. Hold on this is gonna take a while.... UM HELLO. I shouldnt almost miss appointments cause im at the pharmacy for an hr!!!!!!! Worst Pharmacy EVER!!!!

The worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. They loose prescriptions, they lie about not having a prescription in stock and they allow for prescriptions to expire. They allow the phone to ring off the hook. If you are placed on hold, they will most likely hang up on you if you dont hang up first in frustration. The Plainsboro Pharmacy across the street is thriving because of people just being fed up with this CVS pharmacy constantly screwing up. I cant believe CVS hasnt done something about this location yet. The technicians try to make up for the horrible pharmacy manager, but the staff pharmacist and the manager just dont care enough to do their jobs. Corporate needs to come into this location, retrain, replace the staff, and make sure the new staff understands that there is a standard level of service that is expected from a pharmacy. I know patients and processing insurance can be stressful, but this pharmacy is just irresponsible.

I dont use CVS pharmacy so I cant speak to that, but the store in general is very poorly run. They are always understaffed and usually have one cashier at a time at the front of the store. That was the situation today when I came to pick up a Curbside order. No one came out after sitting outside in the car for 10-15 minutes sending notifications so I had to go in (I wasnt feeling well and the whole point of Curbside is to not have to leave your car). Then I had to wait another 5 minutes to be able to pick up my order which was sitting in a bag right behind the cashier. Nobody cared that I was in the store picking up an order when I shouldnt have left my car at all! Most of the employees seem like they just dont care about their job in general. Ive had to stand at the photo center for 15 minutes waiting for help since an employee was on her phone ignoring me. If the store wasnt right down the street, I wouldnt bother going.

The front store of this CVS is fine. The people are pretty helpful and the store is generally neat and well organized. The pharmacy is abysmal. Ive never seen such a poorly run location! Every single time I have gotten a prescription filled in the past 5 years, they have screwed it up. They lose prescriptions, and never have them filled when they commit to doing so. Sometimes they initiate a refill that you never requested. It sounds like they are notorious for this poor organization, because the last time I was very sick and visited my doctors office, the Doctor spent time explaining exactly how they were going to be transmitting my prescriptions, because "The CVS in Plainsboro would inevitably screw it up, and [I] would need to explain it to them." If you have a different pharmacy you can use for your prescriptions, I would opt to use them.

Every prescription I have had to fill at this location has been an experience. My most recent upset was a few months ago. I was 8 months pregnant and had my rx sent to them via my doctor in the morning. Before heading to pick up my rx in the evening I called to confirm that they were ready for pick up. They told me to come pick them up. I get there and sure enough they didnt even start on them. They told me to wait 15 minutes while they prepared the rx for me. I was already pissed off but sat down and waited. Fast forward 45 minutes later I am still waiting, now they advise that they dont have the medicine instock. (new story) I actually just called to see if my daughters rx is ready I waitied on hold for 30 minutes. I heard someone picked up the handset and hang up. Bad move now Im going to head over there.

Do not go here! They make you wait for a long time. The staff is very stubborn and they make you wait on hold forever when calling. The staff also one of the laziest staffs I have ever seen. Dont got here for your medicine. I had a bad stomach virus once and the clinic made us wait for five hours. When sh took us in, it took two hours to just prescribe me medicine and give me a shot. Also, if you are planning to get groceries from here, dont! They have two month expired products on their shelves. They are a pharmacy and they are supposed to keep good and well used products, but they are trying to make us sick. What good is that?! This place is one of the worst places in the world. Dont go here!

EVERY time i have a prescription filled, they always screw up, finding excuses every time like being short staffed, waiting for a confirmation from the doctor (which takes FOREVER), they couldnt find the script, countless insurance mistakes, etc. They always say the prescription will be ready in an hour then when you get there, they give some lame excuse and doesnt even bother calling you, thus wasting your time travelling there. Sometimes it even takes days to get something theyve promised sould have ony taken a few hours. How can you be so unreliable being in a line of work that heavily depends on providing medicines for health??? Thumbs way down for cvs pharm. at Plainsboro.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I thought they were getting better as I noticed staffing changes but I was wrong. I had been having many issues for over a year now - rude staff, prescriptions never ready, mistakes, etc. Today I dropped off my monthly prescription and they told me they did not have it. Unbelievable! I have been going there for over a year and bring the same prescription every single month. Their process is terrible and they clearly do not know how to order the appropriate amount of medication for their customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The pharmacy staff ranges between inattentive, incompetent, and just plain rude depending on the person. They never have things done when they say they will, to the point that I dont bother asking for more than next day pickup. Even then, Ive had to wait. They seem to have hired at least one new person who knows what theyre doing, but its too little too late for me. Ive been going here for two years now just due to the location being so close, but its not worth it. There are places that will treat you better.
