The pharmacy department is understaffed and rude. I have been a loyal customer to CVS for over 10 years and I finally decided to switch to Walgreens last week. I went through drive thru and was told the prescription would be filled in 40 min, due to the history of this particular pharmacy I knew to come back a few hours later as they are NEVER ready when promised. I come back over 5 hours later only to be told I have to wait until tomorrow because they didnt have that available. My issue is why wasnt that verified before I was allowed to leave? I am sure they can check inventory while a customer waits. This is where the incompetence lies and the response I received from the "supposed" supervisor was priceless. Her tone was condescending to say the least. She informed me a call was placed to inform me of this change but they have a wrong number on their system which I (Ive had the same number for over 15 years) corrected on 2 separate occasions. Spare yourself the hassle and go to Walgreens.

Honestly I would avoid this pharmacy at all costs. It is just way too busy and in my opinion - you should just avoid CVS in general...terrible company. While I do put half the blame on the staff, this is also a HIGHLY populated area with RUDE customers - I have witnessed this first hand several times before switching to Walgreens pharmacy. If youre so unhappy with the service, than go somewhere else. Thats what I did! And Walgreens is way better. However if you must go to a CVS I recommend the one in East Windsor (24 hr) or there is a small one in Lawrenceville that is never busy, but those are about 15 minutes or so away from here.

This pharmacy has the most employees behind the counter Ive ever seen working in a pharmacy, but the wait times do not reflect it. I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes once, so decided to park and go in. I went in and still waited. I only went in to switch out the wrong prescription they gave me the day before. I was told my prescription would be ready in the morning. I went to pick it up in the evening and still had to wait. This was my second time at this pharmacy. Both times the wait was unreasonable. I will not be returning.

It really is a great pharmacy in an ideal location but that being said, its always unbelievably packed and wait time is often 20 minutes or more if waiting for a script to be filled. Everyone is always very nice. Although the wait time is lengthy, customer service has always been wonderful. The techs are under a lot of pressure to fill everything as quickly as possible. he store is very clean but the ladies room fixtures are in disrepair.

Automatically refills prescriptions just because your doctor allowed for up to a certain amount of refills. If I want it refilled I will ask them to refill it, not just because the prescription said it can be refilled. Then they just keep calling with automated messages. They have done this with my wifes prescriptions as well.

The pharmacy is always busy. They do not pay attention to who is waiting there. CVS needs to hire more pharmacists for this location. Also pharmacists are rude and unfriendly. I have been there enough times to get annoyed and irritated with their attitude, so I made a decision not to go there anymore.

Wife dropped off prescription told her 1 hour. I show up 1.5 hrs later and they told me 25 more minutes.. Short staffed... Not a real excuse. They should have people on call for that type of issues.. Glad my wife only has the flu....

Pharmacy is such a zoo that I fear for my familys safety every time we get an prescription filled there. Forced to use it because of CVS Caremark.

This is a god awful pharmacy. Always a problem. Most of the technicians are rude. Never ever goes smoothly. Dont even bother.
