I wasnt very happy when I went to this location. I like Radio Shack! I usually go there when I have a problem finding electronic parts or to take advantage of a sale item. Anyway, I went in and was quickly greeted. (Great!) Then asked if I needed help finding something. (Great, I do!) Then, when I answered, the scruffy guy working there shook his head and sighed, Like my question was not prepared properly. After resubmitting my question, he pointed me in the right direction. I then asked if there was a lower priced one, which I saw on-line. He quickly said "no" and the I could try "the dollar store or staples". So, i left. I dont what Radio Shack Training Manual says about helping customers... But Im sure it doesnt say "talk to them like theyre stupid, then direct them to a different store". Thanks for nothing! I found what I was looking for at Five Below (believe it or not) for 25% of the price.

Not all radiioshacks have great staff, this is definitely one that does. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.
