I needed to replace my laptop and was considering replacing another 4 desktops in my local law office. My NY staples always does a good job of taking care of me. This store is different. I am not the smartest person when it comes to computers, but I know enough to get by. The computer manager knew nothing of use, he couldn’t even explain accurately the difference between memory and a processor. He had to call over the operations manager who also couldn’t explain it correctly. He was polite, but the operations manager was the rudest person I have ever spoken to. I will avoid this staples when purchasing anything that needs a knowledgeable person.
