absolutely deceptive went there to try to activate my phone I bought online long story short they started giving me a hassle they said I needed a sim card and it would cost $30 I said ok still beats paying $700 for a phone thats at the end of its product cycle . They still would not activate the phone I checked the code on the phone with the person I bought it from and it was clean. So I took it to the store in Mays Landing staff was very friendly they activated my phone in a matter of minutes and guess what the sim card was free. If I had listened to them I would have exchanged my phone for no reason and would have payed $30 for a sim card I could have got for free I dont want to beat up on anybodys business but I hate dishonest people be ware

I always dread the days I need to walk into a sprint store. The wife and I needed new phones and I had no choice but to start looking for a store that would be able to help me. We tried advanced wireless first and I will never go to another sprint store again. The guy that helped us immediately assured me we would be able to make the transaction as pain free as possible. The greatest part is he held his end of the deal. I had alot of concerns and he far exceeded my expectations of first a sprint store and then my expectations of an outstanding electronics purchase. I highly recommend, if you are looking for any help with sprint you go in and talk to these people!

Staff has always gone above and beyond at this location. Their technical knowledge and professional demeanor is always appreciated. Although they are usually busy whenever I stop one, someone is always kind enough to expedite my trip if Im just doing something simple like paying my bill. Their accessory prices are always market price and then they offer a discount on top of that which means they are the only place Ill stop for a case or charger. Its nice seeing the same smiling faces whenever you walk in.

If you ever want a reliable cell phone provider with excellent customer service go to this store the Manager Kyle is well schooled in the cell phone industry and exemplifies what great customer service should be. In todays world when so many companies only consider "the bottom line" this guy goes above and beyond to please his customers,highly recommended!

Absolutely terrible! I talked to a woman, Samantha, and she told me that I could pay off my phone and not have to pay the monthly amount for it anymore. A few days later I brought in all the money to pay for it, but there was a man, Marc, in there this time. He told me that I was unable to do that. This is completely unacceptable. TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!

I dealt with 4 different sales associates on different visits to this store, and every single one of them was cheerful, helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to find the best plan to suit my familys cell phone needs; dealing with the staff at this store was a pleasure. I am so glad that we have switched to Sprint!

The staff at the cmch sprint are always helpful and Im writing this because you cant reply to peoples reviews directly. To the women saying they were deceitful...lol sprint phone dont need SIM cards to activate a phone so you must have your facts messed up

have gone in four times due to a phone malfunctioning, got a new phone in drove 15 miles to pick it up and it didnt work... wait another week finally received a new phone and a week later the screen is now unresponsive
