Wow, they are good at making you think your dog is happy and misinforming you of their policies. When I went to pick up my dogs I could see my one dog shaking in her cage. I even had a family member stop over to visit my two dogs and she told me the dogs were so happy to see her and acted very needy. She also told me the play area that she was in reeked of urine and looked dirty. When I picked my dogs up I found out that this whole entire time they werent even allowed to be in the same accommodation together because the one dog is a pit bull AND my pit bull who is extremely dog friendly, wasnt even allowed to play with the other dogs! I decided to never take my dogs here for boarding again, but I was still shopping for dog food at the store. I decided I was no longer even going to support this business AT ALL when I walked by the window where I could see a bunch of big dogs playing with each other. I swear I counted at least 25 dogs in there and the floor was SOAKED with urine and mop water, half the dogs were wet too from rolling in it. But, to top it off, I even saw a staff member be pretty harsh to one the dogs, she kept grabbing the dogs ear or neck area (I couldnt tell) and yelling at him. I have decided to support my favorite local businesses instead of PetSmart for boarding, grooming, pet supplies, etc.

Weve left our dogs at Petsmart doggie day camp and at the Petshotel in Mantua on multiple occasions over the past couple of years with little to no problems , but this time I couldnt be more disappointed. First of all, I did not recognize any of the staff, which indicates theyve had a complete turn over at this location . Right from the drop off on Sunday afternoon , I felt as if my directions and/or concerns were being dismissed. My phone calls during the week were confusing with different descriptions of my dogs well being, depending on who I spoke with. I heard everything from theyre doing great to theyre not eating and seemed scared. I even left easy to read written directions on their food, which I had premeasured before leaving them. When I picked them up a week later, half of what I left was still there! Theyve been home one day and one of them has been sick to her stomach since we got homeverything and I just found what appears to be a puncture wound on her leg. I dread to think of what went on while we were away! Ill definitelybe looking for a new kennel!!!!!

My small mixed poodle stayed at the pet hotel for 8 days because we had to leave town. I requested an exit bath which was not given, my dogs rear end was crusted with feces (which never happens at home), and he smelled bad. I called and was connected to the a manager who was totally unapologetic or empathetic about returning my dog in this condition. My little white dog is very, very friendly and loves everyone. I paid for playtime and snacks for him which I wonder if he received. How do you know your dog will get what you asked for and paid for? You really dont. I believe my dog was neglected and left in his cage without walks or playtime. As soon as we got home he ran to drink water and was so happy to be home and wanted to play! I wish they had cameras there so the staff and the corporation (that make billions $$$) could be held accountable. I will be looking for a small, private business recommended by the vet! Bad Petsmart!!!!

Wish I could give a 000000 star any I went there to drop my dog off for doggie day camp just so he could have some play time with other dogs but when I was checking him I heard this girl screaming and I look over and this girl is screaming at two dogs and walking around standing over them acting like she is going to hit them. Im so glad I saw that before I dropped my dog off. I dont recommend this place to anyone cause the dogs dont deserve to be treated that way. I can assure you I will never bring my dog there and I will make sure to tell everyone I see not to take their dogs to that place. Very upsetting

amy the assistant manager is a real unprofessional manager, DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE. THEY ARE MEAN, and when the groomer grabbed m y dog and tried to cut her nails, and i protested the treatment, they told me i was not welcome there any more. they dont know how to cut dogs, they mistreat them in the back, the manager of the grooming department "arlene" is a basket case, and tries to be y our friend, then mistreats you and the animals behind your back. Very very unprofessional

I have been going to this store for years. I have never had an issue. Today, I went to purchase 3 reader fish to put in a start up aquarium. The sales person interagated me , wanting to know my intentions for the fish.. when I told her I was putting them in a 5 gallon tank. She refused to sell them to me. She told me I need a 30 gallon tank . What a disappointment ☹️

My husband and I went to inquire about fish. We waited for approximately 2 to 3 minutes which wasnt the issue. However the fact we were there first the staff eagerly jumped to help the other couple who arrived after us. When we were finally assisted the woman was helpful but kind of impatient with us. Overall the place was clean, organized and Id probably go back.

Horrible customer service. Two days we try to get an appointment. The groomer calls out and they dont let us try and go to someone else. Then they didnt say until we get there they cant groom my dog because she had shots the day before, that they knew about because we told them on the phone. NEVER going back to this place again.

I take my dog to PetSmart on a daily basis.(Mon to Fri) I am confident that she is well taken care of while we are apart. She seems happy and healthy when I pick her up. The young people that care for her could not treat her with more care or love. I highly recommend this store for day camp and overnight stays.

Petsmart itself is as good store for supplies, but a woman named Brenda cut my dogs hair and was told to keep her mane long and she cut a giant rectangle of hair out of the back behind her ears...it looked awful. Luckily another woman was able to kinda fix it but the damage was already done.

Weve taken our dog, Bailey to this store several times for grooming and they have done a fine job. The last time we went, his nails were REALLY long and they cut them to the proper length. Bailey loves going there for grooming. Hedy Hadley
