As far as the store it self the store is GREAT but as far as the grooming salon in the back IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!! I tried to call an make an appointment an was placed on hold for 20 min to be redirected back to the operator then was placed back on hold an was transferred back to the grooming department an was still on hold for 10 more minutes to only get sent back to the operator to try it again to only get HUNG UP ON!!! HAD TO CALL BACK an ask to speak to a manager an back on hole I go, to only NO MANAGER EVA ANSWERING AN WAS DISCONNECTED AGAIN!! SO IF THIS IS HOW YALL TREAT YOUR FIRST TIME GROOMING CUSTOMERS GOOD LUCK!!! I WONT EVA CALL AGAIN AN ILL FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GROOM MY SHIH TZU!!! THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!!

I took my pit bull in the get her nails trimmed since she absolutely will not let me do it. Sweetest dog in the world but she literally runs in place from excitement and will lick wiggle and push your hands away. It took them 45 min to trim her nails. They splintered them and than gave me hell saying she was way too difficult.?! I took her to Adriennes groomer in Millville a few weeks later. paid way way less , was in and out in under ten mins and they adored her there. You work at a groomer, put her in the grooming harness and cut the dam nails lol my dogs a chubby wiggly sweetheart Id hate to see someone bring in a nippy dog theyd probably sue you

Took my dog there on Saturday 4/23/16, and my dog got out of there with a fracture in his neck, took 4 ticks from him,was limping from his 2 front legs.theres an investigation right now. I have the report from my vet. My daughters dog is only a 8lb yorkie and hes very friendly. All I can say is ,Please if you love your dog like his your family DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG THERE FOR A GROOMING!!!! Please!!!!

watch out for so called sales, making sure You read the requirements before checking out. For a nationwide store with buying power their prices are high. Nice variety. The staff could use from training in knowing their products and where they are located.. Wish we had another close by pet store so we could shop elsewhere

Very nice people work here....clean and neat... but dont expect to get let in at 8:59am when they open the door for a person who shows up to work 1 min before they open...and it was very cold out...like omg... but if u go any other time this place is the very best....

I dont like how some of their animals appear to be treated here (namely reptiles that are WAY TOO SKINNY or have very obvious injuries to their bodies from being improperly housed). It is shameful for a pet store to treat their animals so poorly.

Staff is always helpful and 99%of the time I can find what Im looking for there. They have a large variety of foods, toys and other accessories for your pet. My one dog acts like hes going to Disney when we go there. Clean and organized store.

Thanks for the $350 vet bill, just to find out my dog was not constipated but had a cut in his anal area, after a grooming at the Millville PetSmart! We all suffered from his squealing and discomfort. Never again!!!

They have a great variety of stuff for dogs, the reason I went there. I was a little disappointed by the dog treats though, mainly rawhides. I didnt see and biscuits or other treats, unless I didnt see them.

Never have things in stock. I have travel to petco in turnesville to get the things I need. We definitely need a petco around here then maybe petsmart will do better with its merchandise and customers.

Good selection, overpriced on many items. It is ashame the same fish food or dog food is so much less expensive at Walmart. But they did price match their own website, so overall a good experience.
