I had very unpleasant experience with them when making an appointment for grooming my dog. I called in booked a slot but when I went there they asked for his passport and sent me back home because I didnt have it. Nobody informed me about that during the phone call so it was waste of time for me and loss of income for them. I am not sure I will take my dog there again. Otherwise they have pretty much everything you could need for your pet.
