I moved to the area few months back and had all my medications transferred to Walgreens pharmacy in parsippany. All I can say is there pharmacy staff is very unfrofessional. Every time I went there my prescription was never ready they always blame on each other. No one ever communicates to each other. Today was my 4th trip for one particular medecine that I said I would pay out of pocket and for the 4th Time I got the same response today "your insurance does not cover this medecine" so today I told them I would wait while you get this medication ready because if I stop by the 5th time I will get the same response even though I said I would pay out of pocket I just need the medecine. Worst customer service ever including the manager, none of them will have an eye contact with you and everyone passes the buck. It is unfortunate for Walgreens to have a pharmacy staff like this because where I moved from there Walgreens service was exceptional. The only person I would recommend in parsippany Walgreens is Nikki she is friendly and would try her best to assist you. Edit; To make things worse once I got home I noticed they only gave me 1 week supply instead of a 30day supply. Offcourse I had to make another trip and Im still waiting for last 45 minutes no one seems to know what they are doing. They have 2 pharmacists working and 4 people waiting in the waiting area and 6 in line waiting. I sure will be transferring my prescriptions after this. Update 1/8/16; after an hour wait they just told me now they have to wait for insurance approval so Im paying the price for someones negligence. It is unbelievable how Walgreens is running a pharmacy department like this. Everyone is rude and so unethical. So I will be making a 7th trip to get ONE medecine!!!

Pharmacy is very rude. Ive gone as a customer and I also work in a medical office which use to deal with them pretty often until we started to send our patients to rite aid in Lake Hiawatha. This pharmacy use to be very nice just months ago they had a older lady working there which was very nice and I dont see her anymore. Now they have a older Indian lady who is super rude. I have no idea how they even have her working there. She doesnt even acknowledge that you are at the register. I had two coupons for formula which yesterday they accepted and today she decided that she wanted to give me a hard time about it. I really miss the old staff there and the old manager who was very involved. I really dont remember his name but I know that he use to have a English accent and be very helpful the many times Ive gone there. This place gets worse everyday.

I went to get my medicine because I didnt have medical they were charging me 120.00 dollar for my medicine and I refused and called my doctor,my doctor told me to go to A&P its 25 dollar I went to A&P next day which was my first time in A&P they charged me 27.78 dollar same medicine that walgreens was charging me 120 dollar I will never ever go back to walgreens anymore I went there all that years and they were ripped me off thanks to A&P and never walgreens anymore
