I work for a doctors office and tried to call in a medication. I was put on hold twice for 20 minutes the first time and then 16 minutes the 2nd time. I hung up after waiting each time. I then was annoyed and got connected to the assistant manager. I told him of my plight and he put me on hold and then I got hung up on. It is rude to put people on hold for such a long time and then never pick back up. If your pharmacy is busy then the technicians should tell the callers to call back later, not just put them on hold and never pick up. This experience was a bad one and it delayed a patients treatment. It was very unprofessional and if the pharmacist was aware, shame on him or her. You guys better get your proverbial s&%t together. If you dont have enough employees to do the job efficiently, then get more. I worked for CVS many years ago as a pharmacy technician and I NEVER would of done this to a doctors office, customer, etc. BTW-My phone calls were made on 11/6/2013 starting at around 3:30 eastern time. Just in case you guys feel like doing something to fix the problem.......YEAH RIGHT.

Very bad! There is a pickup worker named Eugene told a lie to me. Two weeks ago insurgence company told us our medicine is ready in this store. I show my insurance card to him, he told me there is nothing for my son. I tried to asked twice and he double confirmed there is nothing! My wife dont believe and talked to him a minute later with the same card. He guy says yes, he got something!

Shanon Murrey was shouting at me even after she was told to keep quite. She was mad at other cashier and taking out all her frustration on me. She kept on insulting me again and again. Even after the manager told her to give the cash for the coupon she kept on telling her no, i will not do it in front of everyone in loud voice

the pharmacy is under staffed for a 24 hour cvs. You will always to have to wait and the line moves slow. Would not recommend this pharmacy
