The staff at this pharmacy is extremely lazy, rude and unprofessional. They are reluctant to help you out in any way. I went an hour before closing time to get a prescription filled, which I desperately required and they had the audacity to tell me that the pharmacy is closing soon and that I should pick it up tomorrow. When I insisted that I need the medicine (shouldnt have to explain that in the first place), the pharmacist/staff continued filling it (a 10 min job) with great agitation and frustration and were in turn even more rude. Considering Im paying them for service which is owed to me, dont really need to deal with poor attitude from the staff! Ridiculously unprofessional. They also dont have the medicines in stock many of the times and I end up having to drive to another one farther away...defeats the purpose in having a pharmacy in the vicinity of my home if the services it claims to provide are not useful nor available to me when I need them. There are way too many pharmacies around the area (not to mention few dollars cheaper). Ive given the CVS pharmacy at Stelton too many chances but they have failed my simple and reasonable expectations on every occasion.

Manager refuses to accept CVS coupons - lies to you about what the fine print obviously says, makes up excuses, says "Ive never seen this coupon before" for a coupon thats good only one one specific day (so of course she wouldnt have seen it before). Obstinate and unhelpful, despite the rest of the staff trying to figure out how to make the transaction work. Seems to think that an attempt to use a coupon is an attempt to sneak that amount of money away from her and her store.

Absolutely horrible. Waited online for LITERALLY 40 min when there were only 3 people in front of me. The women behind the counter are extremely lazy, rude, and obviously clueless about their own profession..if sitting around, filling a bottle with pills then ever so carefully putting it in a bag is even a profession. Put a damn smile on and help me out, THANKS.

Pharmacy is horrendous. Giving one star because zero isnt an option. Frequently told medications are out of stock or not carried. Placed on auto-refill when not requested. Auto refill messes with refill dates when meds supposedly returned to stock. (Something is wrong with that picture) Staff not terribly friendly or professional. Done.

I looked on the website so that my doctors would send my prescription here. However upon reading the reviews I wont come here anymore for anything. Who needs the hassle. Corporate should know about this. They are killing business in a highly competitive area - not to mention the mistakes their bad attitudes will bring.

I agree with the people below! I have had a countless number of issues with the pharmacy staff. Not only are they lazy, they are rude. Theyve made many mistakes filling my scripts and when I politely try and explain the issue all I get in return, is attitude. Time for a change ~*

I did a curbside pickup from CVS. One of the Worst staff i have ever come across. The person at the counter is very rude. I will never recommend people to go to this store. They dont even give you a bag when you buy something. Not at all customer Friendly.

Ive been using CVS pharmacy for years. They are always helpful. But as the population has increased, so has the volume of customers. No matter what time of day, they are grossly understaffed that it makes wonder every time I come here why I keep doing that.

Went into get a prescription for my girlfriend right when they opened this morning The Pharmacist were friendly overall, didnt experience any rude or lazy employees like other commenters did apparently.. Maybe only the opening crew is good

Very rude. I came here to get my passport taken. The lady took forever, wasnt friendly, and made rude comments when I was just trying to be friendly. I still got my picture, but take it somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human.

A trusted place for medical items and over the counter drugs. At times the pick-up of prescriptions is slow. The weekly specials & store coupons are amazing.
