I called to get a prescription refilled which is from another Walgreens. The pharmacy was able to fill the prescription but was unable to give me the actual cost of the medication. I was put on hold for 10 minutes at first to get the cost but then was accidentally disconnected. I called back only to be put on hold and disconnected again. When I finally called the store and spoke to the manager, I finally spoke to a pharmacist - if thats what theyre called and was told they were really busy. The information on the cost of the medication should have already been on their screen when they told me it could be filled at this location! An education in customer service would be needed for this store! No wonder why everyone is beginning to use CVS!!

worst customer service ever. we went there to shop and we got some cash back as coupons but they told us that we can not shop nomore. there was and indian asian decent girl (acting as manager) and she was very rude with us . she dont know how to talk with people. we will never go back there again

We were told by call that prescription is ready for pickup. When we reached pharmacy for pickup and after waiting for 15 mins in queue that our prescription is not ready and we have to come after 2 days. Also the pharmacist at this location is very rude to answer questions.
