What did I like? I liked the young man who assured me my medication would be ready in "15 minutes" just like I heard him and others tell other customers. What else did I like? The 40 pages I read in one of your paperback novels. What did I not like? The fact that you NEVER called my name despite the bag clearly marked "waiting." The way you all peered at me , standing before you in a back brace for over an hour and couldnt think to ask if I needed assistance. The way the long line developed before me and still, no one calls my name or asks if the man in the brace needs help. So I finally get in said line, wait another 20 minutes (nearing 2 hours) and inquire about my Rx and you nonchelantly hand me the bag that has been there for well over an hour. You are in a customer service business. Let your yes be yes and your no be no. If you need a management seminar about "managing expectations," I can certainly provide one.

Almost all of this pharmacy staff have the worst customer service ever experienced. Every single time, I encounter an issue. I filled out the complaints on CVS main web but received no response. I filled in many surveys and indicated that there were issues associated with last prescription but no action taken, rather they would keep sending the survey. A couple of times, this pharmacy completely screwed up my kids medication. Fortunately I work with many drugs, I found the mistake immediately. Recently doctor prescribed for a drop but the pharmacy dispensed a shampoo. When I called the pharmacy, the rep asked me to bring the incorrect one given to us. When I went to pick up the correct one, another rep gave me an attitude and informed me that the doctor changed it later. She did not know this change was done after I called the pharmacist who then changed. What a way to serve the people in need !!

Was good but, recently have become super rude. The staff seems to think that they work at a store that is for the super elite and Im not that so, I never feel welcomed and only go the rite aid or Walgreens now. I dont like being mistreated by those in about to give my hard earned cash to. I say to go there only if you have a specific prescription plan that requires you to go there for the discount

Not the best customer service ! We had an issue and asked to speak to the supervisor or manager! None were in the store at the time, so the person who was acting like the supervisor took my number told me she was going to let them know and they would call me asap . They only called me 3 days later ! Unacceptable

This CVS took my prescription, waited 2 weeks and then told me they dont stock this brand and gave back my prescription No apology, no explanation. I cant believe this is a store in America and not some little island in the Pacific. Im still in shock over the handling of this.

This is one of the worst and horrible places to get passport size photo. The lady at the counter will click one photo and insist you to take that even if you don;t like it. She does not agree to re-click it. Not at all courteous.

EIGHT PEOPLE STANDING BEHIND THE PHARMACY COUNTER AND I HAD TO WAIT TEN MINUTES BEFORE I ASKED FOR HELP IN PICKING UP A PRESCRIPTION. ITS ALMOST LIKE I WAS INTERRUPTING THEM TO GIVE THEM BUSINESS.

Minute Clinic is Waste of time and money. .. They charged me $30 copay while it should be $20.. not to mention the worst service.
