Just Ducky

STAY AWAY. SMALL STORE; RUDE WORKER. Today, I had the most unfortunate experience at the CVS located in 8 Eden Ave, Edison, NJ 08818 Linda was very snappy when I tried to use Samsung Pay. She repeatedly yelled out, "We dont have Apple Pay." and came across as very rude. Her yelling drew attention. I explained to her that I was attempting to use Samsung Pay and to please let me try it. She replied, "We dont have that either." While she was talking, I attempted to use Samsung Pay. She declined the transaction. After using my physical card to pay, she looked very apologetic to the customer behind me and said, "Im so sorry about that." while rolling her eyes. I was nothing but polite to her. It would have been easier and quicker to let me find out on my own that CVS does not support either Samsung pay nor Apple Pay. I felt she was shaming me for not believing her. Regardless if I believed her or not, she should have let me try. She missed out on the opportunity to educate me on the benefits of this so called CVS Pay.

i went in with a script from my doctor, and this super cop pharmacist decides that he knows better them my doctor what i should get. ive been getting the same medication (dose and quantity) for years, and this moron decides that hes going to call my doctor and question her as to why i need this medication, why i need this dosage. he then proceded to ask her what clinical findings does she have, that i need this medication!!!! after all was said and done, he said " im going to do you a favor and fill this medication for you, but your not getting the same quantity anymore, your going to get X amount as a favor, because youve been coming here for years... i wanted to jump over the counter and squeeze the s.o.bs neck till his head popped like a zit. who the hell does this moron think he is? i came in with a VALID LEGAL script from a licensed doctor and he decides he knows whats best for me? lets see what CVS corporate has to say.

I used to be a bigger fan when they were a 24 hour pharmacy but now that I have to go during the day and early evening I see what some of the other reviewers mean (used to go at 7am or so on my way to work - miss that luxury). Some of the staff rushes on the phone and in person. They are, more often than not, so short with you when you go that they are rude. There a couple that are a bit nicer but... Thinking of switching locations as this is kind of out of my way but loved the 24hr gig.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. Constant losing and families and my prescriptions. Rude sarcastic employees who dont care. I called the pharmacy at 2, they said to pick up my medication on a half hour, when to pick it up after work at 9 to have them tell me that the scientific never came in THAT MORNONG! DID THEY FORGET TO CALL ME TO TELLER IT NEVER CAME IN OR DO THEY NOT CARE ABOUT MY MEDICATIONS!! Never going back to this pharmacy ever again

Specifically the Pharmacy: The Pharmacists here managed to give me the wrong medication, and wrong dosage, and then proceeded to cover their ass, instead of apologizing. They also were extremely rude and unprofessional. Told me I was wrong, and gave me a 2 minute lecture on why, instead of just apologizing, for a mistake on THEIR behalf. Do not go here.
