On April 13th 2016 my mother purchased 12 items mostly sweaters that were on sale for 50% off. She got charged $ 65 dollars for items that were on sale for $ 2.99. She doesnt speak English very well and probably figured it would be a waist of energy. So she came to me her son, and asked me to review the receipt. They charged her for 17 items. I broke the prices down as I checked Salvation Army non- legit looking receipt and counted her items. I told her that i would go there to talk to them about the $ 24 dollars that they charged her for items she didnt have. She said dont worry Ill just speak to a Spanish person, mind you she speaks Portuguese. So she returns to Salvation Army like 2 hours later. Why 2 hours later, because she was cooking for me, I live on Pennington she doesnt. So later I call her to ask what happen she said they did not give her the $ 24 dollars or a full refund, because they said that she took to long and that she could of also left the other 5 items at home and came back to hustle them. So yea nice place huh. Dont they have cameras in this joint! Now here goes my opinion... Salvation Army got these criminal/ druggy looking people working there. I have passed by it plenty of times. I never been inside so I dont know if they got cameras inside or at the cash register. But they should and this story is one of the reasons why.

This store has lots of treasures that you can find if you take your time and look ! It is kept clean and neat, has good hours, and the staff is usually friendly and helpful. The BEST part is that you can get great buys there ! Wednesdays are half price days, perfect !

Dont ever shop here worst service ever.I ordered two sets of furniture was charged a 60 bucks to bring it up the street and on first floor when I was told the pay would be 16 dollars ...Man Ivan is a lying rip off and rude.

Get ur bed bugs exclusively at this place and places like these. They absolutely do not treat their donated clothes for these pests. Would not recommend this to anyone, maybe to aomeone i dont like

I love this thrift shop! I go once a week staff friendly great prices I have found everything from designer to vintage and more. I recommend this to everyone and wednesday is 50% off day!!!

I went here to donate some toys, but this place is a warehouse with a loading dock so it was a little tricky to know where to go.
