Very disappointed with the management at goodwill. Just left there with three things less than I wanted because when I brought them up to the register they were not priced. The manager Roger was called and told me outrageous prices for the items I questioned them and he blatantly admitted he was up pricing them for me because other people remove the tags. His response was "one bad apple is going to ruin it for everyone now." As a nonprofit management employee for over 8 years I know first hand this is not how you do business especially in this sort of organization but more so how you lose business. This transaction didnt affect me it affected the population youre serving. God bless.

Sometimes I arrive late here after work around 7:30 or so and trust me when it turns 8 oclock they will be reminding you ever 5 minutes that they close at 9. I dont like to feel rushed when I browse and when I asked why there wasnt music playing it was because everyone can hear the announcements...like when they are closing. Prices are very high here and staff is very obnoxious and rude, why dont you take some pointers from the Bayville store where I am a frequent shopper and I have never felt rushed or unwelcome. If you want regular customers youre obviously not doing something right.

The store was very nicely kept and suprisingly warm for such a warehouse-esque place. But i perchased a wiskey decanter and i checked it for cracks and nicks in the glass but because of the way they excessively taped the glass stopper in i was unable to notice that the stopper was completely destroyed. I dont really care as they just opened not too long ago and some people that work there might not know how to properly secure items and what not. But now i have a decanter that is useless

Omg! Im 45 and dont use that expression often, but wow, am I GLAD this place opened in the same town where I live!! Thrift shops are awesome, but this one is so much cooler... theres knick-knacks and clothes and rows of shoes and pocketbooks and DVDs and...just everything. And theyre open on Sundays til 5 or 6, and on Sunday they have two colors of the day which if the price tag on your item is one of those two colors the item is only 1.00!!
