The ShopRite of Union Mill is the smallest of the five stores owned by the Ravitz Family in terms of size, and therefore has the smallest selection of products. This can be frustrating at times when I need a specific item thats not a well-known brand. Nevertheless, I am constantly impressed by the level of customer service displayed by the employees. The smaller staff results in a better familiarity with their departments than Ive found in other ShopRites in the area. There have been numerous occasions in which an employee has freely offered, without any sort of prompting, to double-check in the back for an out-of-stock item.

With the closure of Bottom Dollar this location is the only place in town in the Ramblewoods area. If you need anything and cant find it theyll give you Nordstrom like service to find it for you. Look for the older tall black gentleman, I believe he is the manger, he takes pride in his store and appears to truly desire to help you find what youre looking for. Have you ever asked a grocery store clerk where an item is? If the person you ask at this location isnt at a register theyll take you right to the item and point out whats on sale.

I have been shopping here for the past 8 years. Today I was at the deli counter to purchase lunch meat. It looked to me as if the employees behind the counter were some sort of zombies. My order took forever and was not sliced the way I asked for it. I have been very disappointed with the deli dept. more than a few times. I spend about $8-9,000/yr. at this store. If Shoprite would like to continue my business, take a real CLOSE look at your deli dept.

The worse Shop Rite I have patronized! The produce manager is rude! They never have the shelves stocked and you have to waste too much time asking if they have items. If youre getting bread and milk you should be okay. I shop at the Shop Rite on Ark Road and Moorestown mall area now theyre on their A game!

I dont particularly like the Shoprite stores overall. Too tight a space, with an overwhelming amount of items, I get flabbergasted. However, the shop from home delivery service is super! Jeff is a great guy. Very personable, knows his job, and professional. Love that guy!

Not my local store. I like the small footprint (great for only buying a few things). This store is laid out just like the one on 70 near wegmans in cherry hill. This location is on a back road, so Im surprised its as busy as it is. Great selection for small store.

This Shop Rite was just redone, so its a little better, but could still use a lot of work. Doesnt offer the same products as other Shop Rites. Ive gotten fruit there several times and its never very fresh and goes bad quickly. Needs improvement for sure.

This ShopRite Market is one of the easiest to get in and out of in the area. Does not have a lot of The Gourmet frills that the others have but the staff is friendly and there is usually little to no line at the deli counter.

There wasnt even a soap dispenser in the vile bathroom which had fecal matter and soiled underwear on the ground. Employees handling groceries and goods use this bathroom

This SR has become very convenient after the remodel. Usually isnt too crowded which makes it easy to get in and get out. Also, theres a mini coffee cafe hidden inside!

Good service. Checkout lines are monitored. Deli still gives out slices of meat/cheese when you order. Friendly staff. Clean. Price is fair. Food is good.
