On Friday June 16th late afternoon I entered Hannafords having an extreme diabetic sugar drop and was very confused and light headed. A very helpful female staff member helped me to a bench to sit down, quickly got me orange juice and removed the lid. She also sat with me for awhile to ensure I was recovering. A short time later a manager approached me to see how I was doing ( at this point I had recovered) and was very concerned for my health, did not want me to drive, and would not allow me to pay for the orange juice. The care and concern I received from the kind folks at Hannafords was definitely above and beyond. Thanks again and my shopping will be here.

I have shopped here for years and have never been disappointed. Their produce and meats are always fresh, they have a great organic and natural section, and the staff is excellent; friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The market is clean and has a nice peaceful atmosphere. They seem to keep the same staff for years, so they must be treating them well. The only negative is the prices are a little higher than Wally World, but you definitely get what you pay for.

A little on the pricey side but has a great selection of items. Beautiful cheese and delivery area. Meat looks freshly cut and seafood expensive but fresh! Helpful staff and very clean! We used to be Bloom shoppers in Virginia so its nice to see some things are farmiliar

Beautiful, clean and open presentation. The selection of Organic/gluten free, etc. foods was impressive. Prices are comparable to Walmart, BUT there are plenty of helpful staff located around the store, which is a great touch. Highly recommend!

Plenty of merchandise in stock. Not many people shopping, which means it is easy to get in and get out with quick checkout times. The associates are really friendly as well. The fresh departments are wonderful!

Very nice store. Very clean and bright inside. Every aisle is very well marked and is roomy enough for carts to be side by side. The checkout people were very pleasant and friendly. Overall I love this store.

Very well laid out and friendly staff. Lots of selection but some of the prices are higher end. EXCELLENT bakery and deli departments. Good prices on the bakery side. Fresh seafood looked awesome too.

Personally I love the wide range of diverse specialty products that you can find here and so far they are the only place where I can find my favourite muffin, butter rum.
