There is a female named Christina who answers the phone at this location who is extremely rude and unprofessional to the MAX! I called to place an order for my aunt because my uncle passed away - (I told her my situation too) : Once she realized no one was in catering to answer my phone call (because i called back a few times, only because i love this place and so does my family), she started screening my calls.... She would pick up the phone ( without saying a word ) and send me directly to catering ... I guess it was to much work for her to look into why they werent answering or she could have told me catering was closed . I found out catering was closed by calling the Deptford store ( because she was NO HELP!!) .. They def have caller ID (management should know this & i wouldnt lie ) or she wouldnt have been able to screen my calls. Ive been coming to this location for years smh RUDE!!!

This place is great! Just found it accidentally when going to Old Navy one day. It reminds me a lot of Zagaras. Its a smaller (half the size of the old genuardis) high-end grocery store with a liquor store in it. It is a bit pricier but the quality is good. So far, Ive bought meat, soup, a salad and dairy there. The bakery and prepared food looks great. I recommend trying the Kreider ice cream (its cheap too). The employees and customers also seem pleasant. I usually shop at Wegmans but dread it. I think I can get all my shopping done now between Shoprite and Rastellis. Try it! You wont be disappointed.

We ordered over $270.00 worth of meats, fish and seafood. The packaging was perfect and well frozen. The problem is they packaged the burgers in three packs and they are frozen solid so there is no way to separate them if you only want one or two burgers. Basically you are wasting the ones you cant use because as we all know, once meat is thawed you cant refreeze it. This is a BIG waste of money and such a disappointment. I called customer service to question why it was packaged this way and they gave me a suggestion that did not fix the problem.

I used to like to come here as a stop for a breakfast sandwich and coffee until now they moved the breakfast station to the middle of the store. Now it just feels incredibly less convenient to get a meal and then a coffee. When I asked the associate, he informed me that its more convenient for them. Im glad theyre not inconvenienced, especially since I wont be stopping in anymore. Further, whats the big deal on making a breakfast sandwich at 10:40 vs. their policy to stop making breakfast at 10:30. I guess the customer isnt right.

A good selection of meat and seafood. The prepared food is hit or miss, some of it is great and some is just ok. I havent anything that was really terrible though. Lots of good coffee as well. The prices are higher than other supermarkets, though for most of the items its worth the little bit of extra money. The fifth star is for the employees. Everyone who works here is super helpful and friendly. When I ask them for recommendations they know what theyre talking about and Ive enjoyed almost everything theyve recommended.

Best new place in town. The taqueria, pizza and other food stations are awesome, meat and seafood selection are outstanding as well. Everythings just a little more expensive than your average supermarket but going into Rastellis, with the great service, quality and atmosphere its worth it. We live down the street and with the convenience of the location are stopping through the store 2-3 days a week. Every visit to the new Rastellis in Marlton is a breath of fresh air compared to other markets in the area!

I have to agree with person below this catering dept is a joke and I tried placing an order this morning and every employee that works at this location said they will pick up this time 7 calls in a row. Get it together then once someone answered i was told she was on the other line. FOR AN HOUR!>!? I could have thought of a better excuse and lets just pretended they are that busy get some help because its obvious you need it

Dope spot esp for a quick lunch! I love the screen ordering and quick turn around time. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with avocado on a wheat bun and it was absolutely wonderful. Im not a fan of the homemade chips but the burger was the best part of my day. Ill be trying the cheesesteak next time! Great desserts and oddball drinks, not super expensive for the area. Definitely check them out youll love it!

My review is mostly aimed at the grill portion of the market. Ive attempted three separate meals from here and was extremely disappointed each time. The food is tasteless, rushed, and overall just looks bad. While there was a wide variety of items to choose from each one was a mediocre attempt at it. For a place that seems to aim for high quality ingredients and choices, those at the grill missed the mark.

People there are rude . I left my lunch meat on the counter and paid thinking I had it but as I answered my phone when my grandmother called me, and left- I realized I didnt grab it. When I went back 5 mins later- they shut and locked up- were walking out to parking lot and I was told "sorry, the alarms on. Too bad." Who does that to a 34 week pregnant single mother? Lost my business for good.

Basically a Whole Foods that also carries regular goods and doesnt have ridiculous markups. Prepared food is excellent. Seating area for eating is very clean and nicely laid out. Great place to study, as its detached enough from the main store that all you can really hear is a gentle roar. There are TVs in the dining area, but the volume isnt high enough to hinder concentration.

Eeeh. If you are a burrito enthusiast, do not order one here. It was awful. Their chips and guac were just as tasteless as the burrito. But theyre "healthy". So is not doing crystal meth. Everything else is dope. Literally, everything else is super lit. Go smell all of their varieties of fresh coffee beans. The bakery has samples often but less often if I am there.

Love this grocery store/ wine place. You can get dinner to go. I had the stuffed mushroom. Yummy and we get cheese and wine. The prices are great. The store has different little stations. Like coffee and tapas and cheese. And wine. We visit my dad at virtua and stop here on the way home to grab what we need. Wish they had one where we live.

Pretty nice grocery store. The prices are higher than other chains, but they do carry items you wont find in your local grocery store. Their deli department is pretty good and their walnut, cranberry chicken salad is to die for and its make in the store daily so its always fresh. Their slaw is also made in the store and is very good.

I was kind of grossed out when they were cleaning the fresh food take out area. The girl who looked like a teen left the open food on the bottom shelf and wiped the top shelf pushing all of the dirty food into the open foods on the bottom shelf, I was floored. Its not rocket science to know where the dirty old food will fall.
