This place is DIRTY and NASTY, you will find most food are EXPIRED or there is NO expiration date at all, with all the "fresh" food they have, it is too warm for these meat. Every time you walk pass them, you can always how bad that is. There was once we got a can food thats 6 month expired and there are mold inside, like how? It is can food. When we go back and as for refund, they refused. I can only have their store credit or pay extra for other same kind but different brand. THEY WERE AUGURING THAT I WILL COME BACK AGAIN ANYWAY!!!! HELL NO!!!!!! I am not going to let my family get sick because they are too cheap to throw away expired food. Which after half hour auguring, I finally got my money back, and will never go back ever again.

Excellent selection. Dont expect help finding something if you speak English. (I know that this sounds awful, but Ive shopped there for years and unfortunately, its the case.) Customer service at the meat and seafood departments is EXCELLENT, despite the language barrier. Be careful if youre buying fresh dumpling/wonton skins. Youll find moldy wrappers if youre not careful and the customers service is not responsive. Prices are excellent and its worth a visit so long as youre prepared to deal with minor inconveniences. Also, the stand alone barbecue stand, bakery, and pho restaurant are excellent.

this is in a very rough zone so park near the entrance and be very careful after dark...The store itself is nice enough and the selection is all there for any type of asian product and in all different price ranges, i get the giant bottles of fish sauce for 3 bucks, put that in my chili....meat is very high in price as is most seafood so just buy elsewhere. Buy 50 pound bag of california sushi rice for a dollar a pound, outtasight...and the shelled edamame beans are a bargain in the frozen section along with mantou buns, Bakery across from there is also delicious with asian pastries

Probably one of the best meat markets in the area which people do not know also they have a lot of things that a lot of stores around here dont care including produce especially produce well good meats good produce lot of exotic items I forgot to mention fish and shrimp also sell live fish as well as lobsters claims and live shrimp great bakery must-try Vietnamese food restaurant in straight back as soon as you walk in also the smoothies are the best ever you must have one fresh fruit ice sugar water cant get any simpler than that I really do give this place five stars

Asia Supermarket is what it advertises itself to be: an Asian supermarket. There is nothing particularly special about this place. When you walk in, theres a small bakery, a Vietnamese restaurant in the back, and some small novelty shops. The main store itself is rather filthy, but thats almost normal for Asian supermarkets. While shopping here isnt anyones preference, there isnt a sizable Asian supermarket around to compete with this one. Shopping here is making the best of a bad situation.

If youve been going to Chinese/Vietnamese supermarkets all your life or even a few times prior to coming to this one then you can expect it be just about the same. Not the most hygienic supermarket but it is the only major one in the local area. As a result, prices tend to be a little higher than if you were to go to the ones in Philadelphia. However, it does carry a lot of the major items so your trip here to find a bottle of soy sauce or the #1 instant ramen wont be a waste.

Friendly, helpful (some dont speak English or very little, but will find someone who does). Huge selection of Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese products you wont find elsewhere in this area and great prices. Freshly made tofu, daily. Ive found items here for a fraction of the price youll see in a "natural foods" market, such as ginseng...and same exact brand, or coconut milk at about half the price (or less if on sale) that youll pay for in a non-Asian supermarket.

People here are delightful. There are so little Asian supermarkets around this area. This is the only one thats really convenient to go to because its literally right there. Its not too far to access. They have a lot of Asian variety of Asian foods here. They have a bakery a restaurant a Barber and even cellphones. Theres a lot of stuff going on in this building and its so nice to be around. Its very welcoming for Asians and other cultures to come here.

I love going there BUT BE VERY careful! They have no problem trying to sell products that have been expired for not only months....but in some cases YEARS!!! NO JOKE! Read the labels thats all. I love the variety and unique items. I love their seafood department. .. BUT again....know what to look for! ..what is fresh and what will.get you sick. Fun place to go if you know what to look for. Try it out!!

I cae from new york and see these prices cost much much more and en rn double the price on some things. They can do that because there is no other asian as yo permatket with these products aroumd. There are no refunds only exvhanges. Meat is not the freshest but most are decent enough to cook and eat. The attractive part is that they have variety from chinese to vietnamese thai ja panese amd korean.

I go here for Asian vegetables to make kimchi. Great selection. Its true there is a fishy smell but its not overwhelming but then again I grew up in summers in wildwood with my grandfather fileting fish in his yard. Its not nearly that funky but If you arent used to it it may offend. Store is old but I am not expecting all decked out modern. I love being exposed to Asian culture through food.

You will find an amazing selection of hard to find imported things here with really great pricing. The difficulty comes in the organization. Stuff is sort of piled on top of each other, the prices arent always clearly labeled so sometimes you have no idea how much something is, and a lot of times its hard to figure out what exactly youre looking at. Be prepared to take your time.

The market had a large selection of fish and vegetables.. I love there selection of cookware and utensils... asking for help wasnt a problem for meh but the cashier was very rude... besides that I would recommend coming here if your on vacation looking for something something new to use to cook with or just in the area and what fresh fish...

I went to a Asia market today andue brought fish. There is basket where we have to fish so then staff can cut it. But the Chinese guy didnt even ask us how many pieces we want. And then when we told the Manger she even took her coworkers side. I wasnt happy with there service at all. Really bad service.
