This review is only for the “F1 karting” experience only. We arrived and asked for the Grand Prix racing package (with practice, qualifying race and race). We were told that wasn’t available, you could only by sessions and that this package was for the month of May. Well, it’s July, we came with a group, and it’s on their website boldly prominent so right off the bat that’s a ding against them. Then we find out there is no timing or scoring – every single other place that is semi-serious about these have timing and scoring so you have an idea how well you did. I’ve done these karting type places in Jersey City, Canada, Egypt, in Ukraine, and they all give you timing and scoring sheets afterwards. Next the cars. These cars are nowhere near as fast as they claim on the website (55 mph). Some background here…I’ve raced go karts for several yours when I was younger, sprint Yamaha karts that went 85-95 mph, prior to 10 years racing cars from Formula Ford, Formula 2000 to Formula Atlantic. I’m certainly no Ayrton Senna but I’ve been around race karts enough to know that there was no way these went 55 mph, more like 30-35 mph in my estimation. Also the karts were poorly maintained and there were very slow ones and a couple of fast ones. I got the slow ones twice and it was so bad I had the gas floored all the way around the track and never let up on the gas nor used the brakes the entire time for both sessions. My nephew who is a complete novice was able to walk away from my kart on the straights even after spinning off the track in front of me at the end of the front straight (and no, he is no budding Schumacher, on one of the previously noted tracks where the karts are actually fast I’ve lapped him 3 times in a session, more than once). I would say do yourself a favor and go to a different track if a fun karting experience is your desire. Until they maintain and keep a good tune on these karts and have them truly capable of going 55 mph anyone with a modicum of skill will feel cheated. I know our entire group did.

This review is for the GoKarting experience only. - Disorganized - Dangerous - Unygienic - Not friendly A group of us (16) all purchased the Groupon for 2 15-minute go-kart session. Even though we made a reservation for a private party, we were told the Groupon is only for "Arrive-and-Drive" which means we do not get any laptimes or rankings. We didnt even need to register or create a profile. Our reservation was for 1pm, and some of us were an hour late, but we werent on the track until almost 4pm waiting for others to go first. The people behind the counter were not very friendly, didnt even smile and only answered questions when we asked, almost borderline rude. We were each required to purchase a headsock for $3+tax, which was not specified anywhere. Purchasing the headsock was fine, but the helmets, gloves, and tracksuits were all old, torn or ripped, and put right back on the rack. Track suits are understandable, since everyone has clothes underneath, but I wouldve wanted to use some disinfectant spray for the helmets! The people working on the track were friendly, Surprised they still have someone there waving the flags instead of using an electronic system for that. The gokarts themselves were dangerous since there were NO SEATBELTS, and the brakes on some of them dont even work! Get ready to get a workout of your arms when you race.

Last AMA race week end was awesome despite the rainy Saturday , good runoff areas saved a lot of riders injury . and the Sunday events were great too ,competitive and entertaining . The track personal were on their game , so different from the previous AMA events , additional well placed stands , decent food , improved . grounds all 5 *s .....here comes the " however ". getting someone to answer an E-mail, Letter or telephone is virtually impossible . I had purchased two tickets for the Vintage races , they changed the dates and didnt inform me , and I couldnt go on new date , the way I found out was one an E-mail advertising the event , I called and was assured after ridicules reasons why I wasnt due a refund , when THEY had changed the date ! that a refund would be forth coming I have sent two letters and have as yet received a reply . That is totally unforgivable . So no *s for customer service.......Facebook here I come !

Went there F1 Cart racing, The carts are not as fast as claimed, They are in VERY poor condition, My first cart had bad brakes, and pitted to get a new one, the new one (2nd) locked up its rear end after less then two laps. The third one had poor brakes and when I turned even at slow speed would spin out due to poor tire condition. My wifes cart had a broken frame but she decided to keep it because she didnt see any better choices. The personal on the track seemed poorly trained when my 2nd cart locked up I was left on the track for three laps before the personal even seen me. When someone did arrive they had me get out itin oncoming racers to get in the 3rd cart, Under a yellow flag, Seemed everyone was still racing and didnt care it was yellow. The track condition is also very poor and uneven. I have been there for real races it was very nice.

I had bought tickets for last Fridays show for the monster trucks show. It was canceled do to weather never got a email so I did show up with my boys and family. I was told I could go either Saturday or Sunday show but unfortunately I couldnt. They did say I would get a refund by Saturday from marketing. I sure didnt I called Tuesday left message ever since NO one has gotten back to me. I dont understand how hard it is to refund my money when it was already promised. Its only one person that can do it and I have NOT heard from him. Very upsetting and annoying that this cant be resolved as fast as my money was taking out to pay for my tickets is just as easy to rerun my money.

Stole my money on a Groupon. Groupon didnt have enough detail in the description. Expired before we went to use the go karting tickets. Did not know that it was an outdoor park (not in description of groupon). Expiration date was hidden. Never reponded to my voicemails, multiple emails and facebook posts. Was hoping that we could use them during the new season. They obviously are ignoring my attempts to contact them since they continue to post new items and other replies. Very unprofessional! Now all I want is my money back. Sad part is that we were actually looking forward to this, what horrible business people! They must not want happy customers!

Ive attended 15 events here as a spectator watching racing as well as a driver on both of their tracks. Very good place organized and professional people from the grounds crews to the management. The track is well kept and the amenities are good. The only thing that would make this even better is to have a Eatery available for ALL the events that happen at the facility. I have been there during Friday sessions and theres no food available in the park you have to go out to get food or bring it with you. Play Hard Racing
