Over the past 2 years, tried my hardest to call and get in contact with Markbilt in order for him to do work on my bike. Ive left messages on voicemail, with employees, and cant seem to get a call back. Im not local so I wanted to call to schedule appointment before driving 8 hours to drop my bike off. Needed him to do work on my bike on numerous occasions. Never has happened.

Customer service was flawless. Emails were answered quick. The Full Ohlins suspension, race wheels and GP Shift Mark put on my bike are amazing. Its a completely different bike. When we got it to the track he dialed the bike in perfectly for me. Take your bike here and let the Master do his madness on it.
