Worst customer service! This is an obvious example of a business that has been around so long they do NOT appreciate the customer anymore. I had to call 14 times with 2 emails just to get a confirmation of my order. Then when I asked to see the design before printing Rita responded with "no we need your deposit". I had already given my deposit!! Sometimes doing the same job for so long is not a good thing.

My family and I have been customers of Sixsmith for over 40 years. They are the best sporting good store in the entire Philadelphia area. Their customer service and variety is second to none. I was they had more than one store. I now live in Southern Chester County and no one compares to Sixsmiths service and prices. They are simply the BEST!!!!!
