This is my home gamestop. The staff is great. Any preorders you will get phone call right away and if not answered you get a detailed message. They help out with great backgrounds on games and helpful tips. Overall I love this game stop. Never have I been turned away nor ignored. 10 stars if it was an option. Best part is I can spend hours in store with my kids a 7, 3 year old and the staff fully interacts with them in such a cheerful way. Great feeling. Keep up the great work.

this manager at that gamestop is really bab she s so mean her name is Brenda shes by far the worse of all the store I ve been I purchased an used game I tried to return she gave me hard times and didnt return and within 7 days return policy so I went to another store in bayonne it was so easy , thats y I ll never go back there for being gamer since 2006 and I got gamestop credit card. no star for her customer service skills...

Best GameStop ever. Staff attends each person to the best of their abilities. Some people should remember that GameStop has about two cashiers on average. The sales reps attended all my needs in a quick and respectful manner. I reccomened to all true game fans to attended this GameStop. Parking space is provided too.

I love coming here. you come in and the staff actually try to communicate with you , not just at a Sales Rep to customer level but a personal level to give you the best help possible. the great thing is that they dont even act like theyre trying ! its awesome , this place has hired some great people for sure.
