My son had his birthday party this past weekend at Gamers Paradise,I was very much happy with the seevice.Its a great place to have kids parties,you dont have to bring anything at all ,they provide everything for the party,As you know every mom has to run around and accommodate the guests with this party I didnt have to ,the employees did everything from setting up the table to serving my guests with pizza and ice cream cake and cleaning up after us.The employees were extremely nice and positive attitude .my son came out of that place with a great big smile on his face.i would definitely recommend gamers paradise for parties,please spread the word to everyone,I would greately appreciate it.I want to personally thank the employees for taking their time and making my sons birthday party unforgettable. They put the GameCube games right by the front door where the sun comes in and make the game covers pale color. Very little overall selection of used games, specially GameCube. Looks like a great place for a gaming party. Do not come here to buy used games youll be disappointed with the high price and poor selection. The way they carelessly placed the GameCube games by the sun really showed how little this place cares for retro games. The person that open today Saturday at 10am was not friendly at all. That also was a huge turn off as a first timer visiting the store. I did not feel welcome so Im definitely not coming back.

Ive recently had a birthday party for my son here. He and his friends loved it! The staff is great and helpful. The gaming stations are awesome! Comfortable chairs with speakers, and great tvs! They were able to play each other over the internet and they all loved the Kinect! The kids didnt want to leave and keep asking to go back! They have games that can cater to any age group. And they will work with you on creating the best experience possible. Price is amazing! You cant find a better deal. Thanks for hosting such a great party!!!

I have personally never been to this store. I called the store to inquire about a couple of games I was looking to get for myself. Steep prices...Halo $9.95, Halo 2 $14.95, Fable $8.95. These prices were overkill. I can get all 3 of those games for the price of one of them and still have money left. The owner was professional and polite on the phone. Im sure that it would be a great place to hang out but not to buy games.

They had the best games ever there!!! Also the coolest old merch from the 90s!!! The staff was also very responsive and there was a really nice lady with pink hair there too who helped my friends and I out a whole lot (thanks for helping us out with guitar hero you guys were great!!!) and this was over all an awesome place and would love to work here!!!

Very personable and knowledgeable guys, awesome set up! They have everything from retro to modern consoles and games. Def worth visiting. They have a comfortable lounge with flatscreens for chilling out with any game they have. In the end we left with a used console at great price in near perfect condition. Very happy gamers n.n Thanks guys!

I love this store. They cater to console gamers very well, with a wide selection, enthusiastic enthusiasts as staff, reasonable policies, interesting goods, competitive prices and special service. They can even host parties. I recommend them over GameStop and other corporate bologna.

Very overpriced. You can buy games on Ebay or even from Gamestops online retro game selection for much cheaper. The lounge is great and it has about ever console you could think of available to play. Great place to play games but terrible to buy or trade.

Great selection of games... Employees are very nice, very helpful and attentive. However, its understaffed at times and affects the experience sometimes. If you go, call ahead to make sure there is no birthday parties going on.

I just had my 10th birthday party here and it was the best burthday i ever had. First of all the owners are really nice and patient. They also have a huge vareity of games to play and buy from. The pizza and cake is the BEST

I had my 25th birthday party here, and we had a great time! I dont know of any place in the NYC area with the facilities and game selection GP has. Especially including older games like DDR... and ice cream cake!

Great place to find retro games. Staff is very helpful and games are reasonably priced. However dont come here looking for triple A new titles as they specialize in older, used games.
