I havent been into this gamestop in YEARS. Only because i never liked the customer service here. but i did want a new xbox one. so i walked on down. Francisco changed my view on this store 100%. he handled my trade ins perfectly, got me my system with ease. even saved me enough money to purchase 3 games and a couple reserves i wanted. and left with a pop for my collection. 10/10 Francisco.

GREAT ! I love this game stop, the place is always clean and organized so I can always find the game Im looking for right away. The employees are nice, always full of energy and they make me smile whenever I go : ) They always keep me notified on the latest releases so I never feel out of the loop. I highly recommend visiting this gamestop if youre ever in the area. 5 stars easy !

No matter how many times my brother and I go into the GameStop on Lyons ave in Newark we are always treated as family. They know us by name, and the gm Arsenio always keeps us up to date on the new collectibles that are out. This our main store for collectibles and games. Excellent customer service, always!
