This place isnt in the hood like Shaquille would say. Its in the shopping mall where theres a ShopRite and Dunkin Donuts and other stores so dont be afraid to go to the GameStop in East Orange. The employees are great. They know a lot about games. Do you have a question chances are they can probably answer it for you. And why is it when white people are among blacks all of the sudden is in the hood?

Dont bother calling because no one will answer and when you go into the store its hard to get some help because its constantly crowded. I saw an online and hit the pick up in store option. I was suppose to get an email from the store telling me if the had the item or not, i waited all day for an answer and recieved nothing.

Managers are helpful, when you can get their attention...the problem here is more about the policy of usually having one register open regardless of line length, even with other associates behind the counter. Also, they need a dedicated phone person at certain times. Calling in for help or questions can be very frustrating.

This ganestop is my Favorite the girl that work there name Shanta is good she help you a know here stuff about every game there and if she dont no she will find out I brought my daughter a steam link had a problem call her at gamestop she help me step by step I go to this game stop just for her .

this place is deep in the hood so beware before coming here. you can tell the staff struggles with the garbage that walks in but i guess its not their fault. go to newark or west orange to avoid getting robbed.

I like thia game stop except there very short supplies i mean i wan something and they almost never have it. but the cashiers are nice and i like the service there.
