I have been going to this Gamestop for a long while now, I even remember when they had Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis games for sale. They were very good, but the key word there was were. In the last couple of years they have gone significantly down hill. They have failed to hold collectors items that I had pre-ordered and paid off in advance, they have sold me faulty merchandise and just passed me off to the Ramsey Gamestop to solve the problem, and the staff has become aggressive and rude. After my experiences today I will be conducting my shopping elsewhere.

horrible service. They cheated me out of a few dollars, by not counting cents, I wanted cash from trading in some of my old games, but I went with store credit because they said I could get the DOOM beta (which they said started at six today) and the Overwatch beta, all on steam, which would had been 10 bucks. They lied, turns out the DOOM beta started yesterday, and I needed to buy Wolfenstein: The New Order to get it, and the Overwatch beta is a third-party game, so you could not buy it on Xbox, PS4, or Steam. Gamestop used to be good, but now they suck.

Stopped in to buy my first PS4 game and I couldnt have been happier with the service. I chose The Last of Us Remastered and The Uncharted Collection and asked for her opinion. After a little back and forth she chose The Last of Us. After playing for a few hours I couldnt be happier.
