I placed a Mothers Day order online earlier this week to be delivered the Saturday before Mothers Day. I live out of state but my mother lives a mile from this Edible Arrangements store, so I figured delivery would be easy. I found out Saturday night that there was no delivery, so I checked order tracking and it says "Delivery Unsuccessful" with no details. Called my dad and no one from the store tried calling (I provided my dads number on the order) and no note was left at my parents house about a failed delivery attempt. Ive been calling the store since 9 am this morning and no one answers. My mother has Alzheimers and barely remembers me, but she was excited about the fruit being delivered and disappointed when it never came. This is the second time this store has failed my family, also for a Mothers Day delivery. Needless to say, I will never order from them again and will discourage local friends and family from ordering there either.

I had a same day delivery to surprise my wife for our anniversary And I called to make sure she would get it, the lady assured me it would be delivered before 6 and I had my wife stay at home all day with lies so she can be surprised but I was the one surprised because the gift never arrived then they called me telling me their driver got into an accident. But she told me the drivers always finish their duty before 7 and she called me at 7 telling me that her driver got into an accident that if it would be okay to deliver the next day. ofcourse its not okay if I wanted it the next day I would have asked for next day delivery. Ruined my anniversary,and the gift wasnt cheap either I understand if it was 60 or so but it wasnt. Never doing bussines with them again >_<

DELIVERED A SYMPATHY BASKET 2 WEEKS LATE!!! I had a death in the family and placed an order for them to deliver an arrangement for the next day. I assumed it had been taken care of, as my credit card was charged. But 2 weeks later, after clicking on the "track order" link in the confirmation email, I learned that it STILL HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED! I called and asked why my order was not delivered and the woman gave me no explanation at all. Just said they would deliver first thing and that I would get a call from the owner. Never got any call from the owner. Nor did my relatives, who had to get a reminder of their loss 2 weeks later. Please dont waste your money here. They do not car about their customers.

Picked up an arrangement today. First I asked if I ordered a small instead of a large arrangement. The store person said that it was packed with fruit but hard to see because of the condensation on the outside wrapper. Brought it to a get together,opened it, and was totally disappointed. Looked nothing like the picture. The chocolate covered strawberries were tiny tiny. The pineapple stars looked old. The cantaloupe was the only decent fruit. Should have paid attention to the ratings. Dont shop here.

Paid for an arrangement to my dad in hospice these scumbags NEVER DELIVERED and claimed no one was at the front desk which was a lie . There is always personnel so family have easy access to Their dying loved ones. Places like this dont last ,these owners are scum of this earth. Go to Hell and you will pay for this trust me.

The two ladies who work here are absolute sweet hearts and put in so much time for the arrangements they make. They always try to give people what they pay for and I love that about them. Definitely worth the money!
