Flowers were left on front porch on a saturday night. By tuesday evening roses were all dead. Called the florist ( only reason I knew who they were was because delivery person left a message telling me she left them on porch or I never would have known) florist had a bit of an attitude and said she would only make good on the order if the person (my son) who ordered them called FTD. The following saturday they delivered another order, half the lilies were browning around the edges and by monday they were falling apart. I cant be bothered calling again. This is the first time in my life Ive been this disgusted to actually write a review.

I have never been so disgusted with a florist. My boyfriend who is a serviceman in Afghanistan had flowers sent to my mother. Little did he know that THIS would be the florist delivering the flowers. Well its 3:00 and NO FLOWERS. When the driver tried to deliver them yesterday, we werent home. It would have made sense to leave a note. It would have made better sense to deliver this morning. When I called I was told they could not give an estimated time today. This is how they treat paying servicemen serving our country. Never ever again!

Not happy with this service, first didnt get delivered on time, they said driver left note at home, none to be found but worst part is the arrangement looks nothing like the picture online, talk about false advertisement.
