I felt a need to write a review after reading Reshadars review. My experience was completly different. First off, let me say, I love Drew Estates Cigars, they have a full assortment and my favorite ones Kuba Kuba. So that will pretty much flavor my review of this place. I dont care about the gift part of the store, my focus was on the walk in humidor, with all my favorite stogies. Prices are a tiny bit less expensive than what Im used to in queens. Worth the drive because not many shops carry the D.E.s The girl behind the counter dressed sexy and her approach and demeaner was pleasant, course I spent over 100 dollars, so its entirely possible theyre rude if you go in and only spend 10 bucks and pay by CC. Over-all they have an excellent selection of different cigars.

Terrible one person didnt speak English the other person seemed bothered when I had questions regarding my first time purchase of cigarette machine, filters and tobacco. I told him I needed the mildest tobacco he tried to give me pipe tobacco instead. He picked out everything I needed. I rolled some cigarettes then realized there too strong. I find out he gave me the strongest tobacco not the lightest. I contacted the store to see what can be done they said "sorry nothing they can do". Now Im out $22 due to their employees mistake. I will never go back there nor recommend this store they were not knowledgeable about there products or helpful in customer satisfaction.

Ill pass on this shop. Yes they carry alot of cigars but the people that work there are terrible. Maybe just to me who knows..I tried asking the girl a couple of questions about one of the cigars and she just stared at me. I bought 2 cigars anyway and when she rung me up it was more money. So I asked her why and said it was tax...all of sudden now they charge tax? WHy are other cigar shops not charging tax, and if they are then there prices shouldnt be as high right? Ill go anyhwere else but here, I like to know what Im paying for in advance..not have them change their mind on collecting taxes or not.

The owner was SO nice. He fixed my cigarette machine for no charge. I offered him money and he wouldnt take it. That goes a long way in my book!
