I made shopping today in Christmas Tree Shops #7063 and had very bad experience with. Missing a lot prices on items or shelf, hard to find what you looking for. No helpers on floor. I took all my items to register and wanted to check some prices before to pay. Register checked, but was very dissatisfied. Also I had a coupon $10.00 off over $50.00 bill. My bill was $73.00. Register didnt know how to use the coupon and wasnt able to apply it. She called someone from customer service and she applied only a $1.00. I told to them $73.00-$10.00 should be $63.00. She called me to customer service deck and gave me another $4.00. I tried to explain $1.00 plus $4.00 will be only $5.00, but she was rude and filled frustrated and couldnt understand why 1+4 will be 5, not 10, so i spent almost 30 minutes to get my money back and explain to her where she is wrong.

I bought a couple of night stands that both had the same defect in the exact same spot (odd but true). The manager, Sean, special ordered several more and they arrived within several days I returned the old night stands, inspected the new the ones and was on my way. Quick, easy resolution and great customer service. Thanks!

Oddlot store with discounted prices. Come here for gift wrap, decorations, shower curtains, lamps, band-aids, and snacks. Located conveniently off of Rt 22. Surprisingly messy and disorganized, considering the corporate office is two miles away. Not up to snuff with other Christmas Tree Shops Ive visited.

This store has it all and those hard to find and better yet, those "I never thought of that" items. The workers are friendly, professional and will get you checked out in a jiffy. This is my wifes and my go to CTS location for all things home related. We love it.

This location is good for getting holiday decorations and little "odds and ends" you may need. Their inventory changes often so you cant really be sure of what they have in the store until the circulars come out.
