The shoes there are amazing but my daughter had the worst expirence there. First of all, my daughter was trying to get past an employee talking to a customer. They were in the middle of the aisle blocking everyone from passing. The clerk didnt even bother moving. My daughter was panicking so she said excuse me and the employee TRIPPED my daughter knocking her into a pile of shoe boxes. The employee then gave my daughter a dirty look and yelled at her to pick up the boxes. Never again will I shop at famous footwear. If there employees are like this, then Im never coming back. My daughter only 7 was crying all the way home. Thanks famous footwear.

WOW, they got new management and I guess the lady isnt there anymore but can I just say that the new manager is super nice and so is the staff. they have definitely changed from when i first went. Good Job
