The best experience i have ever had purchasing running shoes...ever. The owner mike and all the employees really know their stuff! They got my size and brought me 8 different pairs of shoes ( i didnt even ask he just brought them to me !) to try on that were right for my foot type and then had me run outside of their store and then rate each pair and we than narrowed it down to two of them...Mike helped me for about an hour...and we found the perfect pair for me. A+ service , great positive attitudes , great prices ..what more can you ask for? i will be a customer for life. They treat you right..not like just another customer that is in and out with a purchase..but with respect..they also ask the right questions so that they can help you get the right shoe..buying the wrong running shoe for your foot type and running style can really mess up your feet ( yes im talking from experience my last pair wasnt the right fit and i couldnt figure out why since it was technically the right size but the arch was too high for my foot type, mike pointed this out to me..) I have bought running shoes, running apparel at this store a few times over the last 20 years and on April 27 I bought a pair of Brooks running shoes and I was not too sure of the size therefore I asked the salesperson if I could return them and he said yes as long as they are not worn outside so on April 29th, I return the shoes and when I checked my credit card there was no credit posted to my account...I was out the country for a week and when I returned and saw no credit to my visa I called this store a few minutes ago and I was told it is only a store credit..I did not see any notice advising of a "store credit only" at the counter and was not told by the salesperson...I dont know of any store where one spends 150.00 on a pair of running shoes and one cannot return it...I can understand if it was a sale item.... I returned the shoe in 2 days. I am certainly not a happy camper right now....

This place is great! The staff is unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. I went there for the first time this summer and the owner, Mike Conforti help me pick out the perfect sneakers. He is an encyclopedia of knowledge for footwear and running. He asking me if I wanted to go for a run outside to help him pick what type of sneakers I should be looking for since I just started. We then went through a few pairs, finding which sneakers I liked best quickly after critiquing the others. He suggested I try on a few more just to be sure that those were the ones. This will be the only store I go to for running sneakers. They have 3 location in NJ, Millburn, Long Branch, and and newly opened Basking Ridge which I think just opened recently and right by my house.

They really took their time to help me. I tried on at least 10 pairs of shoes and got to try running outside in them. And then when they didnt have the color I liked they found it at another location and drove it to my house for free.
