Love the prices and selections but one girl working there is extremely snotty & rude. She was training a young Hispanic lady when I was in there and an older woman was getting a refund and the customer was concerned about identity theft because the cashier kept asking her for all her private info, the woman training the lady said "trust me lady, I dont want your money I have a lot of my own" she was snippy and very rude for the rest of the transaction and when I checked out I happened to run into the older lady customer in the food court and told her she was NOT treated nicely and I wish I had spoke up for her. I have been in there other times and have needed help and this girl always gives me (or any customer) a dirty look and acts like she hates life and anything having to do with people. This girl NEEDS to be fired from here, I have stopped shopping here and moved to DSW because of her, she shouldnt be with the public at all! ( mid twenties, white, dark brown waved hair) ugh I still feel bad for the way she spoke to that elderly lady and wish I had spoken up but was in such a hurry. :(

The manager Florinda is extremely rude and actually yelled at me like I was a child! I will never go to this store and will be calling corporate about it!

Disappointed bought sneakers ripped in the seam after one day thay wouldnt exchange them. Employees were rude .
