Not bad visit at first until a promblem canme about. I Was overcharged cause system was down but the so called manager was VERY unprofessional and didnt want to fix it. He is lost in the sauce. Payless u get what u pay for. Training your staff on customer Service and procedures. Your system will go down again if your people cant fix it or at least make your customers feel like they care U WILL LOSE ALOT OF BUSINESS. HE IS BRAND DAMAGING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡!!
