The representative there, Manny Diaz, tried to sneakily sell me the most expensive iphone 6, when I went to trade in my old iphone 5 and sign a new contract. He didnt tell me which iphone I was buying until it was almost too late. Then after he had to reverse the transaction, he was very rude about it and kept me waiting there for no reason. This is such a shame, as I had been going to that store for a few years and had never run across such a rude and unscrupulous representative.

Phenominal experience everytime I visit this store! I have been coming here for years and love it. Omar is the best! He is so patient and knowledgeable, friendly with excellent customer service!Always ready to be of service. He knows me and even knows my cell phone # by heart! My favorite Sprint store ever!!
