I wish i could give this place zero stars. I am SO disgusted with the service i have recieved here lately. I first took my car there to check on a noise it was making when i made a right turn and because my clock was going crazy in the car. The first time they kept the car for about 3 days ( way too long ) and i finally got the car back with multiple cars back and forth about how they werent sure what was wrong. So get the car back and it sounds 20 x worse the sound i heard was even louder as if something was dragging under my car. So i call them back to check it again since obviously they messed something up instead of fixed it. I bring it back and they "forgot" to put a spring in by my gas tank causing the metal to rub against while im driving ( sounds safe right?) so HORRIBLE! so the 2nd time picking the car up and the sound continues.... shocker. .. now they say they dont know what it could be and now the sound is when i make any turn. Final end to this story every time i took the car there it got progressively worse and i wouldnt reccomend anyone to go to that particular bell ford. My car is under warranty still and all but its AWFUL at this point id rather pay money and get it done correctly. Save yourself the aggravation and get work on your car done elsewhere.

WARNING! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE NOR SERVICE A VEHICLE FROM THIS LOCATION!! I bought a 2007 Ford Mustang from Bell Ford Colonia only to have the clunker piece of garbage fall apart on me four times in three years. The car was in service for nearly FOUR MONTHS in the FIRST YEAR. I did file NJ Lemon Law and won a lawsuit against Ford Motor Company. Bell Ford Colonia only continued to make the problem worse. They continued to fail at fixing my vehicle. When the car was in the shop for months during the summer of 2008 (6 months after purchase), this dealership decided to give me a bright, neon green Ford Focus as a loaner call. What?! What competent car dealership would ever use a piece of trash Ford Focus (bright green, mind you) as their loaner car with all their information on the back windshield?Its basically telling the world never to go here. I WARN YOU. Be very, very thankful that you read this review before buying or servicing a vehicle at Bell Ford Colonia. If you must buy a Ford (for what reason, I have no idea) DO NOT buy it from Bell Ford of Colonia, NJ. They will rip you off and treat you like complete garbage. DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE A VEHICLE AT BELL FORD OF COLONIA, NEW JERSEY!!!!!!!

2 hour oil change with an appointment. Tried to charge my wife $40 for a license plate bulb. Told her on her first visit she needed new brakes and should make an appointment immediately. I got to her before she did. She went back this past week (6 months since last visit) and they told her her brakes are fine. AC wont blow air and her engine fan always stays on if you turn on the AC... told her she just needed a coolant re-charge... even thought there is a TSB technical service bulletin on this exact issue. This place is close to my house and i have two fords a 2012 and a 2014... niether will be there again. I went there once myself and had no problem, but it seems like every time my wife goes they try to take advantage of the fact she doesnt know as much about cars.

Saw a representative and he helped me with looking at a mustang. We sat there for 4 hours and I couldnt get a deal on a car. Instead I was showed something else. Word of advice if a customer comes in a for a certain car, that mean their mind is set on that and if you care about their experience you shouldnt try to deflect to something else. I mean the car was the same price as what I wanted but instead I was given a run around. The rep was nice and seemed to sincerely want to help but I had to call him back when he said hed call me. Deff wont be going back here. Not happy with the way I was treated. I shouldve read the reviews before coming because I see others have had many issues here as well. Taking my business elsewhere...

Went to take my truck in for a check engine light im about 30 days overdue from a part they installed about a year ago. They are telling ne the part is only covered up to 70thousand miles and that its not them its ford n they cant do anything about it to have it covered. I have been getting my vehicle serviced by them for the longest and i think they just lost my business for good i hate ford period the dealerships rip off their customers and ford corporate takes no reaponsibility for anything. Stay away from ford my fianve had issues with her chevy n the dealership tool care of it with no hassle. I wish i could get rid of this ford crap and buy something worth it.

I want to thank Roy at Bell Ford for his wonderful customer service. He went above and beyond to meet our expectations and helped us to chose a car that will meet our needs. He is a very valuable asset to Bell Ford and I hope that Bell Ford is taking good care of him. He is one of the employees that are hard to find these days ; very caring, understanding and who listens to customers , not just trying to sell any car to make a buck$. Furthermore, because of Roy and his excellent service we went back to Bell Ford and purchased another car cause we knew we could trust him and his suggestions. Job well done Roy!!!

I went to Bell Ford when I was looking to upgrade from the Toyota I had at the time to something more reliable due to the fact my Toyota was old and starting to give me problems. Roy was an AMAZING car salesman. I took interest in the mustangs they had and left there with a 2014 black v6 mustang and a huge smile on my face. Roy made sure he gave me the best payment options available he really helped me figure out ways to accomadate my payment options . Roy was extremely helpful, unfortunately my mustang got totaled but I will definetly be going back to Roy to get a new one. He is the best !

This is for the service dept only. 2 weeks are what U have to wait in order to make an appointment for service! Even if your car is in dire need to repairs, you better wait 2 weeks. Things happen unexpectedly and I dont expect service the same day being available but 2-3 days I can wait but not 2 weeks. The manager claims its because they have 30 cars per day and are backed up, and I go elsewhere if I cant wait 2 weeks. Gladly went elsewhere and didnt wait more than 2 days. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPT. Theres many other Ford dealerships willing to help you out during an emergency.

I normally dont write reviews but after working with the people at Bell Ford I felt compelled to. I first dealt with Tony. I called in prior to my visit to see if they had the car I wanted with the options I was looking for, he confirmed they did. I went in there, the car was ready for a test drive, and we began the process quickly. Buying a car should be fun but we all know how long it can take. Tony worked on getting me the deal I wanted and Roy had the paperwork ready in a short time. They answered all my question and had me on my way. Im definitely going back!
