Bait and Switch indeed. I too called about a specific car from their website, twice. I was told by their internet sales "specialist" that it was there still so I came in for an appointment one hour later. When I drove the hour prepared to trade-in my vehicle for it, I was told by the dumbfounded sales associate that it was no longer available after we went looking for it together. We walked around the lot and I began to realize that half the cars on the website were not on the property. I was furious. The sales associate made no sense and was uneducated about his business so I demanded to speak with a sales manager. In order to try and salvage some of my wasted time I proposed that I give them a deposit and they locate a similar vehicle at the auction for me since theyre there all the time. They agreed and gave me a value on my trade while I was there and I was foolish enough to allow this outfit to run my credit as I was fully prepared to purchase a vehicle from them. I agreed to all of the terms of a sale contingent on them finding me a suitable replacement vehicle. We came to these terms after me being there for over 2 hours and I didnt even buy anything!! This dealership has INSANE FEES written into their contracts and that negotiating alone took some time to come to the right monthly payment. I can see their slick tactics and Im sure some of the clientele that shops here is easily fooled by them as I almost was. The first offer he drew up for me had the correct monthly payment but he had added an entire year to the term!! Unbelievable. Im sure some former customers can attest to this. Well in two weeks time the sales associate called me and let me know they found a vehicle in a completely opposite color than the few options I had asked for and it had higher mileage. They wanted to sell it to me for the same price as the car I initially drove up there to purchase even though it had higher mileage. I told them I did not care how long it took to find a vehicle so long as it was similar to the one they fooled me into coming down to purchase in the first place, but my patience was not up to the task to deal with their nonsense after this. Especially after the salesman while on the phone with me had the nerve to blame me for having them find a suitable vehicle for the one they never even had when I went to their establishment. Well dont bait & switch cars and change your business model, then you wont have to make up for your mistakes to us honest and educated buyers. I also had issues getting my deposit back. It took about a week to get it back but they did eventually process it for me. Now as I look at my credit report Im reminded for the next two years that I allowed this unprofessional dealership run my credit resulting in a hard credit inquiry. Great! I returned to this dealership after buying another car from them at their old Jersey City location back in 2009. In my opinion their business model has drifted far from the one I dealt with on my last purchase which was great. Too bad, they have potential. I do not recommend this dealership, do not waste your time. Dont let their website with attractive and unique model cars lure you in!! I could only imagine the after sales service one would receive from this dealership now.

!!! STAY AWAY!!! Customer Service horrible !!! Salesman horrible !!! Finance Department horrible !!! So my brother just got back over seas and wanted to help me buy my new car. First they lured me in with some $1800 off the sticker price SCAM. You need to either be a college graduate, active in the service and some other stupid thing. Oo and you have to qualify for all three lol They also lowered my credit score by running it over 6 times!!! But I didnt find out till after I bought the car. My salesman (who I wont name because I believe Im a better person then EMG) came off as a great guy, willing to help out a car enthusiasts and got along well with my family. I traded in a 2013 kia optima in perfect condition and very low miles, trade in value was over $17,000 but they only gave me $13,500??? Already frustrated I was hoping they would lower the sticker price and monthly payments. They did even budge. Just to show how crooked they are. We finally agreed on $312.00 a month and when I got my first bill it said $312.95... Really? Hoping I made the right choice when I left the dealer. A few months later I realized I wasnt able to change the tire caps because the previous owner put after market ones so I couldnt put any air in. I called my salesman and told him the problem he stated "I know what your talking about, I remember us and the other salesman guys laughed about it" ..he told me to bring the car in the next day so I can make an appointment? I couldnt wait to make an appointment. I needed air in all my tires because of the winter cold. So I took it over to the honda dealer to get one fixed. Cost me $160. I called my salesman and of course he didnt pick up. The receptionist told me hell give him the message. After a few attempts of no one calling me back. I finally took the drive to see him myself. He said he would have "no problem " refunding me the money I paid to get the TPM replaced. Long story short. Every time I called my salesman he would sound annoyed over the phone to hear from me. Everytime I called he would never get back to me or "wouldnt get my message" Finance Department said they would call me back right away to handle this matter. Never did till I called myself. They said the damage to the car wasnt their fault. And that they did me a "favor" for changing the other 3 Tpms. But they cant refund me the $160 at Honda even though I needed the car to be fixed ASAP. I needed to take it to them they stated even though I needed to make an appointment. Basically I got screwed over financially with their scams and their customer was just horrible and I never got my refund after I was promise by the salesman I would! So if money isnt a issue and your driving out there in a new Lexus. Then by all means they will teach you BETTER. But if your an average Joe looking for a good car with great customer service. IF I CAN RETURN MY CAR AND GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THESE CROOKS ILL FINALLY BE A HAPPY CUSTOMER. STAY AWAY !!!

Complete waste of time. I had went there looking to purchase a vehicle I had seen on their website. The first day I went there, I told the salesman, no "bs" back and forth games, Id like to strike a fair deal quickly and move on - I personally dont enjoy hours, days or weeks of negotiating. Fairly simple right? No. I went back the NEXT day since the first day they didnt have the vehicle on the lot. When I went back, the truck magically had 1,000 or so more miles than advertised and it seemed as if someone had been driving it around for about a week. We had asked if the vehicle was ever in an accident. At first they stated no, then during the test drive he found a smart way to bring up the topic of how they DONT purchase damaged vehicles, if they do only very small fender-benders, if that. Turns out after requesting the Carfax, the vehicle was involved in a collision with front-end, rear-end AND functional damage - didnt seem so slight anymore. This is where I was aggravated. The buying process should be FAIR. I understand that businesses need to make money, I own several myself, but keep the process FAIR and ETHICAL, which is where they tremendously failed. When the time came to run some numbers, I was interested to see what they could come up with. After their "$1,695 Processing Fee," DMV and Doc fee, I was at $50k for a truck that wasnt worth $45k. When I told Franco, the sales representative, that this was way out of the ballpark figure for even what the truck was worth and it would be more feasible to pay the SAME price for a truck that was not damaged, he became extremely offensive and condescending. He told me that there would be nowhere else I could find this vehicle for that price. I argued that I could, probably even for a better price and he became extremely rude and started speaking loudly about how that isnt possible. We went back and forth arguing our points, but in the end I walked out without even receiving a "thank you" or a handshake. The reviews on Yelp and Google speak for themselves. This business relies on bait and switch tactics, EXTREMELY poor customer service, poor product knowledge, unprofessional and unethical business practices as well as a completely unorganized staff. Franco, if you are reading this, please remember you are a car salesman, nothing more, nothing less. Customer service and customers shopping around for pricing is a part of the process. If you cannot handle simple negotiating skills or believe that there are professionals in this world who are smarter than you are, you are going nowhere in life. People reading this - save your time, money and effort. Pay the extra money and go to an actual dealership. That is what I did and purchased my 2015 Audi S4 today from a reputable dealership in about one hour.
