these guys are sleezy greaseballs that only want to get as much money as they can out of you. dont trust anything they say your better off buying somewhere else. my mom recently helped me buy a 2004 acura TSX and the car had so many unanounced problems and they kept telling us that they were going to fix it for us and send us everything in the mail. Now that we realized that they were playing games with our money we always called them and they never picked up our house calls and we personally went back to NJ twice from LI,New York where we live and they were always sketchy with their stories. when we first bought the car they told us that they were going to send everything in the mail overnight and that the pieces they didnt have they were going to order from the actual acura dealer and send them as well, this never happened. Now when we went back for the first time to get all the pieces and once again try and settle everything they told us they didnt have all the pieces and that they put it in to a different acura for another buyer meanwhile those pieces were for us.. we ended up getting one piece for the window to try and make it work and the piece didnt even work. Now when we called back and told them that we were going to pay off the rest of the money because we didnt want any more money issues they were fine with it, so we go back to new jersey and all of a sudden they told us that we had to pay an extra 6000 dollars for guarantee reasons for a car we were going to pay 15 grand for already.... not to mention they still did not have those "OVERNIGHT" pieces that they were going to send. we left the place saying that we were going to only pay the rest of the 15,000 that we had to pay and that the car is nowhere near worth the 21,000 they were trying to make us pay. the guy we were working with JOHN all of a sudden was trying to back out of helping us and saying that this is all on the owner. SO cutting to the chase we already were very skeptical as things did not go as planned. So we made a last call to the bank to see how we would make the rest of the payment; the bank then told us that the dealership told them that car was completely fine and they fixed everything that needed to be fixed on the car, which brings me here to write this review because now im ticked off. Which i would never do im 18, the last thing i would do is write a review but these guys just want your money, and i honestly wish nothing but the worst for the guys that worked with us on buying this car and this dealership will get whats coming to them for trying to put us deep in money issues.

This place should not even be your last resort in buying a car. It was mine, and honestly looking back I now would of rather walk or bike anywhere in a monsoon of rain or a blizzard then ever have purchased a car from here. I blame myself, I was desperate and they knew that and took advantage of that. My car broke down two hours after I took it off the lot, silly me right why not just bring it back then? Nope I was desperate. I kept digging myself into a hole. They took two days to finally pick the car up which was on the side of road. After picking it up they took two weeks to "fix the car" the problem? They gave me the car with absolute no oils or and fluids in it....I picked up the car and tried to drive down the street it again broke down. I know your thinking wow this girl is pretty dumb to keep this car but again desperate times call for desperate measures, I figured I just bought the car they have to fix it no? I brought it back and they changed more things in it claiming it was coils and spark plugs... I left again with no car... came back again two weeks later to pick the car up. Meanwhile during this time I had dealt with the absolute worst customer service you could ever think of. Gaby in the maintenance department was horrible she was mean and just a little miserable to deal with, I fought with her several times. The guy who sold me my car John was just a scam artist...promising me he would take car of everything and was never anywhere to be found. The owner Sammy is just as bad. All promises they gave me a "brand new engine" a mechanic I brought the car too later laughed at me saying sweetheart thats not a brand new engine! This crazy long story short my car broke down several other times after this.. the lemon I was sold was a joke and a valuable lesson I learned the hard way. This place is a joke if I could give anyone any advise please do yourself a favor dont be me. Dont ever be that desperate and resort to a place like this. My cousin also purchased a car from here needless to say shes in and out of the mechanic here every week. This place is a scam. It should not even be rated a star.

Theres a million dealer ships out there! Dont go to these people. My fiance and I bought a bmw. Drove off the lot back to PA the car was not detailed valcumed or washed front right headlight was out. Called them to TRY and accommodate us, they referred us to pepboys we were told they would cover the bill once the service was done pep boys called brilliance auto and they argued about paying for the headlight repair. How embarrassing. Yes the did pay for it them. The headlights alone were a mess they were after market so pep boys had to put in stock lights when really the dealership should have done that before they sold the car and because that one light was blown and repaired we had to get arrange for another service date to get both lights matching. Not only was that a hassle the temporary lisence plate we were told it would take 20 days for us to receive the permanent plate 20 days came and went I had to call in because a cop told me Im driving illegally. Called into brilliance auto they said I had to wait over the weekend for them to request an extension temporary plate. Once that was confirmed the front desk receptionist assured us our permanent plate would arrive in two days!!!!! She was incorrect! I have to call in daily to ask about the status because no one calls us. And the salesman who sold us the car is never in or busy as well as the manager. last but not least we called in and asked for copies of our warrenty and purchase receipt still nothing. Anyone who spends 25 thousand Im sure could understand my frustration I work two full-time jobs and I voiced my concerns to the receptionist and yes I hung up on her because her incompetence was ridiculous. The manager Carlos called me stating he wanted to resolve the issue but he obviously wasnt a man enough to listen to the poor service I received about his receptionist laughing as I was frustrated about this whole process he placed me on hold!!!!!! The nerve The this little post isnt even everything just a small dose Very unprofessional Very incompetent Completely disgusted people like this exist.
