This was one of the only bridal shops in NJ that carried my wedding dress so I went here to order it. I didnt appreciate the lady helping me telling me to get a bigger size. I bought the dress a little more than 6mos before my wedding and I was planning on losing 15-20 lbs before my big day. She gave me a look and so I bought a size 8. 2 weeks before my wedding, I went to have the bottom hemmed and my successful weight loss proved that the size 8 dress was one size too big. Luckily my dress was a corset back so I wore it as tight as it would go and thankful that was tight enough. Unfortunately because it was pulled so tight I didnt have the pretty lace up look in the back.... now since I put a deposit down the day I went into the store to try on that dress for the first time, I was given a credit towards a head piece. Sounded great but turned out to be a nightmare trying to get the veil I wanted. I order a 2 tier veil that was supposed to stop at elbow/hip length. I was told to order it 2 mos before my wedding. It took a little more than 1 month to come in. When I picked it up it looked like the right veil through the plastic. Which it was, but when I got home and took it out of the wrapping, I realized it was chapel length which means that it drags a lot longer than my dress and was definitely not the length I ordered. My mom took it back the next day for me because she lives near by and I live across the state. The woman argued with my mom about how that was definitely the one I ordered and there was no way the shop made a mistake until my mom said "I was here when she ordered it. I know she ordered a short veil, this is not what she ordered and Im not leaving until this situation is fixed. " the associate said OK call or come back tomorrow to talk to the store owner. So I called and had the exact same argument with the owner that my mom had with an employee the previous day. She finally said OK Ill order you a new one in the length you want. When it finally arrived it was the Monday before my wedding. My mom picked it up and I brought it to my final dress fitting. (Had my dress alterations done by a family relative). That was when I discovered that the veil was still the wrong length! !! At least this time it hung down to my mid thigh but itd wouldve been nice to have the exact veil I wanted and a properly sized dress on my wedding day. It couldve been worse and Im thankful that what did happen wasnt devastating. However I still wont ever shop here again, even if its the only locating within 100 miles. P.s. I found out the hard way that they make a habit of opening late, not answering when you call and closing early. And when they tell you that theyll call when something you ordered comes in, they dont.

The fact that i have to even appoint this place with one star is a disgrace. I stopped into this shop because i have been past it a million times so i thought i would check it out for my wedding. after going into the shop noticing it looked old with some outdated stuff i noticed a tiny piece of fabric from a gown that was the exact shade i was looking for, and have been having trouble finding. Despite my gut feeling about the workers not being overly helpful i fell in love with the dress for my bridesmaids. after the gowns came in my maids went in to try them on. one of my bridesmaids is tall & needed extra length, which she paid for, well they measured her wrong & it was not extra length at all. So they didnt charge her for it..but the dress was not long enough & we were told if we ordered the dress again it would not be in in enough time. next problem was the constant cancelation of alteration appointments for my maids. then the night before my wedding the alterations lady Marianna said they STILL werent ready. My Aunt had to pick up ALL the bridesmaid dresses 5 AM the day OF MY WEDDING! I am letting all of my friends know that are getting married to stay as far from possible from this place, if they have something there that you like take your chances ordering it or simply go to another shop & have them order it for you. F*** Aimee Michelle Bridal Cherry Hill!!

LADIES STAY AWAY!!! The inside of this place is dirty, my dressing room floor was covered in pins. I came in and wasnt even greeted. I showed pictures of what I was looking for, they bought me 3 dresses and that was it! They didnt let me try on anymore, they rished me, and didnt say a word to me the entire time. Employees friends came in a chatted with my consultant in the middle of my 5 minute appointment, as we were walking out the door, they put their feet up and relaxed, like they actually did any work! Not worth it, save yourself a trip

This is a hole in the wall - DUMP! I felt like I was in a thrift store. I called ahead and the store promised me they had the dress I wanted in stock to try on. When I got there they said they wrote the name of the gown down wrong and they did not have the dress I wanted. When I decided to leave the shop to go to a bridal shop that did carry my dream dress, the lady got huffy and left me in the closet they call a dressing room with the door wide open and me without clothes on. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

Beautiful Gowns, my sales girl was extremely helpful-Julianna. I got my wedding Gown here, Maids, Tuxedos. Also had my niece stop by for prom this year. I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The sales girl went out of her way to make sure I was happy with everything.
