The experience at the shop when we went to get our bridesmaids dresses was decent. On the website they advertise carrying a bunch of different brands of dresses. In reality they only carry Allure bridal and Jordan which was disappointing. Overall the ladies did a good job accommodating our 4 bridesmaids in the small shop. The problem however came with shipping. We were told (verbally) the dresses would arrive August 1st. And then we were told there was a delay in shipping. Long story short they did not ship until the 5th and we were told they would arrive in 3-4 days. There was a problem with customs, because yes, all their dresses are from China and they did not arrive until today, August 12th. When we all called the shop we were told that there was "nothing they could do" to accommodate us, and that they would never give an approximate arrival date, only shipping (basically saying 4 girls who remember the same statement were lying). I live 3 hours from the shop and luckily my mom will be able to pick up the dress for me while in town. I will NOT be trusting them with my alterations which they say they can get done "as quickly as possible". All in all, you are getting a dress you could get at Davids Bridal with minimal increase in the level of service.

Ordered my brides maids dress for a friends wedding. Found out I was pregnant before they had completed the order. They ordered the dress anyway and made me pay for it. I had to then order another dress so that when the wedding came it would fit my belly. They told me alterations would be $80 so I agreed being I was 8 months pregnant at that point. Then when I came for my final fitting they said they needed to alter it a little more, next thing i know they are adding another $45 to it for alterations. My right boob was pointy and looked like a cone and the left was a little better but they refused to drop the $45 charge. NEVER AGAIN I have told everyone I know to not go here. They are rude and just there for the money. They nickle and dime you for work that looks like a 5 year old did it.

First off- when we found the right address the ladies did not greet us when we came in bec they were busy looking at pics off a phone. We found our way to the showroom where one of the ladies came out. She went on & on about why I shouldnt try on any dresses- whether it be bec I just had a baby 4 weeks ago or the dress may not be here or in stock if a down payment isnt made. My mother, grandmother, & I felt really uncomfortable & my mother let the lady know in a pleasant way about how she came off. We viewed a few dresses & left for that reason. I feel she came off that way bec of the color of our skin. I rated them one star for the one dress we found.

Overall horrible experience. The people were unprofessional and rude. I paid extra to have my dress in 8-10 weeks. It came in more than 12 weeks later and they refused to refund the extra fee. The staff was pushy and rude trying to tell me what I wanted instead of listening to my requests. They ordered me a dress 2 sizes too large and I was forced to find someone to alter it within a week of when I needed to wear it. Please for your own sake dont give them your business.

My experience at Brides 2 Be was wonderful. I was just there in November 2015 and I found my dream dress! Its a small boutique shop, but it has a nice assortment of dresses. My only recommendation is to call ahead and schedule an appointment-- it makes it a lot easier for the ladies there as well as for you!

My experience at Brides 2 Be was overall wonderful! Hope was very attentive and was a joy to work with! The prices on the dresses are reasonable, and had a nice variety of bridesmaids and mother of the bride dresses as well! Would highly recommend anyone in the area who is looking for a wedding dress! :)

I had a great experience trying on dresses here. They had a big selection and the staff really took their time with me to help me find just what I was looking for. I didnt feel rushed at all. They even pulled dresses for me I never would have thought to choose but that looked great on me!
