Dont waste your time! I made an appointment for my out of town bridesmaids to try on dresses a few weeks ago. I set up an appointment for 1:00 pm. When we walked in, no one greeted us and no one was at desk, finally we just went into the room where dresses were. So we are looking around. Someone walks through, saying theyll be "right with us." At 1:20, someone comes in and says for us to look around, pick some things out and theyll set us up in a room to try. We find looked through and picked out a few different dresses. We hang them on the side so they are ready to go. We wait some more and finally she says shes gonna bring us up to one of the rooms. Then she leaves us saying she will check in with us. I asked if there was any way someone could help with the clipping and all since sample dresses are one size. She says sorry, we are really busy. At this point, it was unclear whether or not she realized I had made an appointment so I clarified by telling her that I had. She said she knew that I had an appointment but "everyone walked in all at the same time." This would be fine except everyone didnt have an appointment. She said they couldnt turn away walk ins. I didnt expect them to, even though proper etiquette requires an appointment. My expectation is that they honored the appointment that they did make and kindly ask those who were walk ins to wait. I assisted the girls in trying on their dresses. However, 20 minutes later no one came back to check on us as promised. This was a miserable experience. Luckily my bridal party is incredibly patient and looked beautiful in all of the dresses they tried on. So we will be ordering elsewhere. Unfortunately, one other customer who was there and ordered a bridesmaid dress was also being treated rudely from one of the 3 store employees. This wasnt in time for her but hopefully this review will save others the aggravation.

My biggest regret from my Wedding is going to Sadies Bridal. Ive never dealt with such an unprofessional business. I bought my dress, bridesmaid dresses, shoes that they were dying and did alterations there. The seamstress insisted on sewing cups in my dress that I did not want. They ordered the wrong belt so we had to rush order the correct belt and my shoes were not dyed when they were suppose to be. My Bridesmaids dresses came in in the wrong size and some girls needed to rush order new ones. My major problem happened at my final fitting. My shoes were not dyed and when I asked the manager Kim why she gave me an attitude. The seamstress sewed my belt on completely loop-sided and caused terrible markings on the front of my dress from where she sewed in the cups- that I did not want. We ended up staying there for 2 hours trying to fix what was wrong with my dress. I still felt uneasy about them having my dress, but they said they were "too busy" to let me come in a few days before the Wedding to try it again. When they dyed the shoes it was another disaster. The red dye streaked and had dark red streaks on the sole of the shoe that were noticeable when worn and the diamond gem was not covered during the process and was discolored. They told me I was out of luck because there was not enough time to order new shoes. They tried to charge me over $400 for poorly done alterations. So 6 days before my Wedding I had a dress that was not steamed, poorly altered that still had markings in the fabric. Brides just stay away... they will only add stress to your day.

*****BEWARE****BRIDAL NIGHTMARE Trust the bad reviews about Sadies Bridal (I wish I did) I cant even give this shop a half star. They completely ruined my wedding gown purchase experience. Unprofessional, dishonest, deceptive and uncaring are just a few words that describe this so called "business". To add insult to injury, the poor treatment was not just by the employee Kim, but primarily by the owner herself, Danielle Cinque. Long story short - I was sold what turned out to be a sun-damaged gown yet this owner insisted on hiding behind her no refund policy. It was not until I exercised my chargeback rights that she miraculously came up with a replacement gown. From deceptive price negotiations to arrogant attitudes - this transaction had it all. In addition, my mom and I were subjected to many harassing /threatening texts and voicemail messages.

This place is not closed! I could not be more pleased with the friendly staff at Sadies Bridal helping my friends and I select our dresses. I would go to Sadies Bridal for every wedding!
