Rude, overpriced, poor selection. My sister and I are both engaged and I made the appt for 2 brides. I specifically asked if they would be able to accommodate both of us and was promised they would. When we arrived Nicole started asking about my preferences and pulled a dress out that was nowhere near what I had described. When I told my sister she should try that one, Nicole said "Well who is the bride?" When I said we both were she vehemently refused to help both of us because she is only 1 person. I explained that I had made the appt for 2 and she said it must have been her daughter but no, she could not help both of us because she had to spend all her time on me. My mom patiently explained that we were low maintenance and didnt need her hands to help get the dress on. She still refused. Right then I wanted to walk out but Nicole rudely said that my sister could try 1 dress on if we had time after I was done, and being her first time out, I wanted her to try it on. Other than her out of line behavior, their selection was not great at all. The website says they will provide everything from a bra to shoes. This is not true. I was not given anything with the 3 sub-par dresses I tried on. My sister did find a dress she loved, but we will not be buying it here. Nothing good about Nicoles Bridal.

When I first began wedding dress shopping, I knew exactly what I wanted, a long sleeve A-line gown. I was going for a Grace Kelly and Kate Middleton look but with a hint of sexy/chic. After going to six different stores I didnt think I would like any wedding dresses, no one had what I wanted, then I found Nicole Bridal. Nicole Bridal carries the most upscale chic dresses in the area (trust me I did the leg work). They saved me a trip to New York. I found a Rivini dress that I loved and had long sleeves added to it. Nicole and Marina worked with me to create my perfect custom sleeves. It took a few trys but we got it! They were so patient and kind to me even when I myself thought I was being a brideszilla crazy person! Nicole would say to me in her Italian accent, "Danielle dont worry, you will look fabulous." And I did look fabulous! I know that Nicole worked very hard behind the scenes to get my sleeves the way I wanted them because she really truly just wanted to make me happy. Im actually sad that I dont get to visit them anymore, I will miss them. Not only am I thankful that I found my dress at Nicole Bridal but Im thankful that I found Nicole and Marina!

I could not have asked for a better experience-- Nicoles Bridal is truly what a bridal salon should be! Nicole and Marina are both such warm caring ladies. They make you feel special and ensure that every detail of your gown, veil, and jewelry are perfect. They worked with me on my gown until it was ABSOLUTELY the way that I wanted it to be on my wedding day (even if that meant letting me come in on days when they were closed!). The skill combined with the attention and kindness at Nicoles are unbeatable. I wish I had an excuse to keep going back even though the wedding is over. Many, many thanks for such wonderful work on my gown. From the subtle changes to the gorgeous beading you added by hand, I couldnt have asked for more.

From the moment I walked in the store, the staff was nothing but wonderful to us. I worked with Marina, who I also spoke with on the phone prior to meeting. She is kind, sincere, and very good at what she does. I also had a chance to meet her mother, and she wouldnt stop telling me how beautiful I looked...I know she probably says this to all her brides, but it was so nice to hear. I never felt pressured and they were just completely great during the whole process. I havent received my gown yet but I cant wait to go back and pick it up!!! They have many gowns that are not carried in some of the best shops in the Philadelphia area...very unique styles. Loved it here!

Ive just ordered my wedding dress through Nicole Bridal, and so far Im thrilled with the service. For both of the appointments Ive had, traffic and other peoples delays have meant Ive been at least 20 minutes late, but when I called to let them know, they were very nice about it. I originally bought a sample gown at a discount, but when the owner examined the dress and decided the condition and match in size just werent good enough, she ordered me a new gown at the original price.

My fiancee calls today (Saturday @ 1pm) and is told by Robert that "we are booked all day". She said its hard to believe you are booked all day today. I called back 1 min later and asked his name. I asked as if im dreaming that they can not fit her in today. He took a few seconds and says how is 3 oclock today! In a customer service based job you Do Not tell the customer "we are booked all day sorry." Bad representation of your establishment.

After going to 4 other bridal salons (wedding shoppe, bridals by danielle, la bella moda and jay west) I found exactly what I was looking for at Nicoles and Nicole and Marina are the best. They had one of a kind dresses, great service and comparable pricing. I cant imagine bringing my business anywhere else.

Nothing but Excellent things to say about this place, the people, the selection, the prices, everything is PERFECT. Marina and Nicole are wonderful, and truely know the market and the bride. Nicole is customizing a dress for me for a very reasonable price.

Fantastic! From the moment my mom and I walked in they treated us like family. It was a wonderful experience. It was such a pleasure working with them and I immediately knew I was in good hands. My dress was absolutely gorgeous!! I highly recommend them!
