The best of the best. Doing business with Darianna Bridal &Tuxedo is like stepping back in time. To a place where the staff actually care about you, take time to measure you, and treat you like an individual and not a number. I got married in October 2014 and made the mistake of having myself, my dad, and my groomsmen get our tuxes at Men’s Wearhouse. I was reluctant to do this from the start because I have had horrible experiences there in the past, but because so many people were out of state, I thought it was the only option. Never again. I won’t waste too much time on my experience at MW, because I want to focus on how awesome the service is at Darianna Bridal & Tuxedo. Basically, I was getting married on Friday, and that Monday, my tux from MW was totally botched and all wrong. Nothing fit, everything was two sizes too big, the vest was damaged, and everyone who helped me there treated me like they were doing me a huge favor. Youre trying to look good for the most important day of your life and MW treats you like youre buying lunch meat at a deli. Worse actually. Anyway, I was getting married in four days and started to panic because I still had no tux. So I decided to go to Darianna and work out a backup or try and get a whole new tux, even though it probably wouldn’t match my groomsmen. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease here. Wendy and her husband Franco are the owners, and they both greeted me warmly. I explained to them my situation and they immediately put me at ease and told me not to worry. They said I had plenty of time and that they could get my fitted in a new tux within 24 hours. Franco took the time to get my precise measurements, and actually had my try on a few jackets and pants, something MW never bothered to do. He was patient, conversational, and never pressured me. I told him that I might still be getting my tux through MW because it was already paid for, and they were ordering me a new tux in my size. He told me not to worry, and that either way, he just wanted me to look good and to not worry about my tux on my wedding day. We got everything situated, and he made me feel even more at ease because he offered to ship the tux directly to my venue the day before the wedding. It really took a huge burden off of me to know that no matter what, I had a nice tux to wear, and that Darianna was going to come through for me. I gave them such last minute notice and didn’t put a dollar down on anything and they treated me like a million bucks. I have worked in retail and constantly do business in retail. It is extremely rare to find service like this in today’s world. Wendy and Franco truly care about their customers and their business, and you can feel that as soon as you walk in the store. I didn’t end up needing a tux through Darianna because MW got me fitted in my original tux and I matched all of my groomsmen. Although it all worked out, MW was a terrible experience and it took me several trips back and forth to their store to get my tux right. If I ever have need formal wear in the future, I will without a doubt go to Darianna Bridal & Tuxedo. I also want to mention that Franco included a discount in his final price for me because he knew I had went through such a hassel with MW. He also gave me his personal cell phone number, and wished me well on the day of my wedding, even though I didn’t end up purchasing anything through his store. He is truly a class act. Note: If you are getting married and have wedding party guests who are out of state, you can and should still go to Darinna! Franco can arrange free measuring with other stores in all 50 states, and will coordinate the entire process. Don’t ever bother with a big box chain store. I wish I knew this from the start.

Darianna Bridal is by far the best bridal shop in Bucks County and the Philadelphia area. Wendy and her team blew me away with their excitement, interest and dedication to helping me find my best look for the big day. Wendy helped us find dresses that would work well on me and allowed us to look through everything on our own and pull dresses that I would like to try on. I never felt rushed or like a nuisance. On my first trip in I found the dress of my dreams (or so I thought!) Because I was waiting for my aunt to join us for the big purchase I wasnt able to purchase on that day. Wendy called me personally to let me know about a trunk show she was having and a designer she thought I might like. I was so touched that she remembered me and my style enough to make this personal call. She offered me a time slot even though she knew that again, I wouldnt be able to make the purchase. On this day, I tried on numerous dresses that I loved. There was one dress that I refused to try on. Wendy pushed and convinced me to at least give it a shot. Of course, the one she pushed for was the absolute best dress for me! It was stunning and flattered my body shape perfectly. I was hesitant to try it on as I was convinced it would be unflattering but Wendy knew best. I finally was able to go back and purchase that dress with my aunt and was thrilled to have Wendys support along the way. I went to a few other shops in my search just to see what else was out there. I found bigger shops and fancier shops. With those stores came rude and pushy service. I was not allowed to take photos of myself in the dresses in many and then was also not even allowed to write down the style number of the dress because they were worried I would try to purchase elsewhere. This was a huge frustration and turn off. The salespeople wanted me in and out and ruined the experience. Wendy told me on the first day that she loves being a part of the selection process for her brides and trusts that good service will keep her business thriving. Wendy is honest, will not try to up-sell you the entire time and will care about how you look. She is comfortable to work with and has a great staff. Susan, her seamstress, is amazing and will make sure the dress fits you perfectly! All in all, Darianna Bridal offers a wonderful experience for an excited bride. I am so happy I chose to give Darianna Bridal a shot- it was well worth it!

When it came to my wedding day I wanted to look like a groom who deserved a bride as beautiful as I knew mine would be. When I started searching for a Tux in my area I was very discouraged with the variety and quality of what was available at most of the places I went. I even visited some of the big name franchised places and disappointingly enough, it seemed like everyone had the same 6-7 mens Tuxes. Our colors were Orange and Navy Blue and I wanted the best Navy Blue tux I could find, problem was I could only find the same 2 everywhere I went and most of them looked like they were worn to dozens of HS Proms. Dariannas is about an hour from my house but my brother used them for his wedding and he looked great. He had more of a summer beach theme dress for his wedding and I wanted something completely different. Based on my luck with the search so far, I was convinced Dariannas would be the same as everyone else, boy was I wrong. I called and spoke with Franco who took his time going over the options he had available and some of the details addressing my concerns about the distance he was from my house. I was astonished to discover that he had 5 different tuxes available at his location that were all in my desired color. I took the trip to their new Showroom on 611 in Warrington PA and met with Franco. The Facility was immaculate and the tuxes he showed my were high quality and looked brand new, he even had a ton of available accouterments to choose from as well. Franco helped me pick a Navy Blue Tux that was the newest style available and worked with me and my groomsman to make sure everyones measurements were perfect. My groomsman were all over an hour away except one and Franco made sure we all looked perfect. The rest of the staff was extremely helpful and me and my wedding party were treated like royalty. There were a few hiccups along the way with members of my wedding party changing and such and Dariannas made sure to accommodate our every need. Franco and the staff at Dariannas did everything they could to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Choosing Dariannas for my wedding formal wear was a great decision and it made me look like a hero with my bride too! Thanks Dariannas!!
