I am very very much impressed by the customer service of the new Advanced Auto in my neighborhood!! The lack of any car parts store around was a nuisance. But to bring a car "good" car parts place to town GREAT customer service would be a must, for people who lacked the car knowledge of a mechanic. The new Advanced in Budd Lake definitely has great customer service. I was there on Sunday March 19th. I was on my way to the Advances competition. I was in desperate need of a pair of wipers front and back. A young man by the name of Robert greeted me at the door, actually opened the door for me, and said hello can I help you. It might seem like a regular greeting but this greeting was very sincere, I could tell he wanted to really help me with any problem i had. He informed me of the differences in wipers and the benefits of each, I learned something new that day. He also let me know he would gladly install the blades, no problem, even in the cold. I was begining to believe that I was asking for too much, but he let me know it was a pleasure. Long story short the young man installed the wipers really fast all the while engaging in great small talk as if he knew me, which I very much appreciate!! I will be shopping at this car parts place for the remainder of my days, Im very glad they have come to my neighborhood.

I recommend using Amazon rather than this store. Ive been here twice and the service is horrible one person left to handle everything while the manager DOES NOTHING ESPECIALLY TONIGHT. I specially ordered a part was told it would come in Wednesday and I called once to check on the ETA since it is now Friday was told it will be here in a half hour. So I stopped in tonight and its as if I never placed an order the counter person was trying to help and the manager sat in the shadows as a line built up behind me. I already fully paid for the part also !!! I will be getting my refund tomorrow and using amazon Im not one to complain Im very laid back but Advanced Auto Corporate needs to keep an eye on this location before its gone due to lack of customer service.

Typical auto parts store. But the employee Matt that helped me gave me clues as to what the cause could be for the codes on my obd when the other Advanced Auto I stopped at today only gave me a generic cause for the code and said it could be many things causing the code to come up and might need to take it to a garage to find out why. Thanks Matt for giving me help .
