The absolute worst place of business in Jersey. My wife ordered a part that was to be shipped without my consultation. Our mechanic told us we didnt need it. The same day my wife called to cancel the order. They told her they could not cancel the order because a tracking number hasnt been generated for shipping. They then told her once the tracking number was available then they can cancel it. To add insult to injury ,their incompetence sent the part to the wrong address and we never received a tracking number or a part at our house. We called 3 days later and asked about a tracking number and they said someone signed for it and that it was delivered at the wrong address. I went to the store and confirmed that on our receipt AND in their computer system is the WRONG address which was apparently data entries by some moron that doesnt work there anymore. The manager Keisha said there was nothing they could do to refund our money. We then had our credit card company refund our money took them completely out of the picture. If you have to drive 10 mIles to go to another location, do it.

I went there for some parts and it was like nobody wanted to help me. I asked for brake pads, rotors, and a bunch of other things and these 2 women said they ddnt have anything! I went to leave but then this beautiful man named Jovan with the most gorgeous eyes helped me out! He helped me with my check engine light, tested my battery, removed and installed my battery, changed my headlight, brake light, and gave me a recommendation to a mechanic that fixed my car with no problems! He made my day with his amazing smile and I can tell that he loves his job with a passion. All the other employees need to be more like him, because he is a STAR! The 5 stars are for him because he helped me out so so much.

The part I needed was in stock and had to be ordered from their warehouse. I was told I should receive them item by next day thru fed ex. Ive called the store the next day to check if the item arrived and on the 1st call I was put on hold for 15 minutes. Called back bec maybe theyve gotten I was on the phone. Once again I was put on hold while they check if my item arrived. As Im writing this review Im still on HD and been on hold for 16:16 minutes thats a total of 32 mins just to check if my part has arrived...... never again will I order a part from this store or recommend anyone. ...

So uneducated in automobile repair and maintenance that it is mind blowing. I usually stand in line for 10 minutes to get parts and 5 minutes to check out. There is never a register open to just checkout if parts are not needed. Incompetent, poorly staffed and horrible service. I will take my business to NAPA.

People waiting in line for 10 minutes while attendants helped look up parts. OK. but then, instead of taking next person, served line jumpers. I HATE THAT! Poor guy in front of me was in line when I came in and was still standing there when I left. Will never go back. I pay well for service. And fairness

They always have my parts. But the customer service there are awful. All the new employees needs to be trained on customer service. Theyre very ghetto there & they will leave you at the register to help someone else after knowing they misplaced your part. Horrible employees!

They replaced the battery and broke the plastic piece that connects radiator hose. By the time I got home the car was smoking. I had to tow my car and replace the whole radiator, so my battery replacement cost me $800. All I got from them was apology.

Answered the phone quickly, answered all of my questions, and had the weird part I thought Id need the dealer for (that the competition didnt carry). The prices are good, they have a lot of stock, and they seem knowledgeable.
