I went to this Seabrook location on Saturday night. I filled my cart with items and checked out. The cashier was friendly and helpful and chatting quite a bit. She seemed very particular on how she bagged my items. When I finished at the register I noticed a display for lollipops. I stopped and picked out several pops. Then I had to get in another checkout line. My friend waited for me about 30 to 40 feet from the register I had originally used. We both had been chatting with the cashier and my friend weights over 400 pounds so she is hard not to miss. The cashier never called to us that I had left a bag behind. I was in the store several minutes after I first checked out and no one was looking for us. We were still right there while she continued to check people out and she never gave me my bag. Seriously? This has never happened before? They do not train cashiers on how to return packages to customers? She had to have been working around it to fill other customers bags. How rude! I live 34 miles away and had to return to the store for $42.00 worth of items. I was on the phone for 7 minutes, had to read off all the items I was missing before the customer service rep would tell me she was holding my bag.

Very clean and organized, but like always its your typical Wal-Mart, except this location has a shop in the back and thats where this only gets 3 stars.. went in on a Friday morning to get tires for my car and stated I only need 3 because I had to replace my 4th already due to a flat, worked out a price and was very satisfied with the price. I dropped it off as scheduled and got a call over the intercom to return to the shop, when I returned they had told me they cant give me 3 new tires because the tread was different on the 4th, and I had to buy a 4th, I was outraged that it was all set up and ready to go and then they tried to get me to buy a tire I didnt need. I even asked if they had a waiver I could sign and was told no, had to buy 4th or couldnt do it, even during inclimate weather they were sending me away on BALD tires.. so I left and went to tire fair tire and paid a little extra but got the 3 tires I needed.

Are you serious DONNA in customer service, must be the worst associate ever. She cannot do a simple job without being rude, and arrogant. Im not sure what the issue was but she threw my licence at me, which landed on the floor because I tried to cash a check, and since she was tlaking with what looked to be like her friend, she felt bothered. She then refused to cash my check, wouldnt cash it for me, turned me away and asked me to leave when I asked why, then I asked to talk to a manager and she said there was not one on the clock today, and it wouldnt change anything even if i talked to one. Im not sure what the issue is but i cash my checks here weekly,. why be rude to a customer, who patiently stood at the counter while you talked to your "Friend" for 10 minutes or more, nice CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WALMART!!!!! NICCCEEEEE

I have had several issues with this particular Wal-Mart. My issues have ranged from problems with the pharmacy, to problems with returns, problems with self checkout machines not working correctly, to problems with cashiers not knowing how to put $ on prepaid cards. Its like a little adventure every time I go there. Seems like they should work on their training program. Also, the so called "clearance" section is a part of the store where they move old merchandise that wont sell and they slap a yellow sticker on it and try to convince you that this $6 cup use to sell for $34 And your getting a great deal. They promise. With that being said they have some nice people that work there, even though they can be somewhat clueless at times.

Horrible customer service! Told them I was HOH and disabled, yet they kept me waiting at the desk for 25 min while 3 people hovered over a red t shirt to find a upc number that was not there (I checked) then the desk mgr tony told me "you need to be a little nicer" and gave me a dirty look. Then when I tried to complain to the asst. mgr. Dee he wouldnt let me finish before he told me that I told him to "shut up" which I never ever would say that. Couldnt figure out why these people were being so mean to me as they were supposedly management. My guess is that they need to replace some people and fast. I used to shop here all the time, I have a walmart credit card too, but after today, think I will start going back to KMART.

I had a gentleman named Leslie who cashed me out the other day. I told him I had a certain amount left on my EBT card, which usually when I do that the cashier enters that amount then I pay for the rest. He rudely corrected me saying that I had to swipe it. I have done this enough times, I know that it will be rejected and the balance will print up, then they will have to enter in that amount so I can swipe it again. Upon getting home I noticed he bagged my items incorrectly. My meat was not bagged separately as it should be and neither was my laundry detergent. Meat and chemicals should always be in a separate bag, always! I will wait in a longer line before I go to his register again. This man needs to be retrained.

Pharmacy stole my prescription and refused to fill it. I have cronic stomach pain so I need pain medicine once and a while.. well I went in yesterday and they told me it would be 40 minutes.. to come back to them telling me the will not fill it and they are taking it.. now they said they called the hospital.. well they did and the funny thing is I got a call from the doctor and he said they cant just take a signed script.. good thing I got another one that they will not be getting until it is filled. This is unexceptionable for people that actually need medicine and do not abuse it Im very disappointed and frustrated I wish I could give a 0

The store itself is one of the nicer Walmarts (since its new as of 2015). The site to store pickup is pretty awful, however. There has never actually been a person working at the desk. When you use the mobile app to "save time and have your item ready when you get there", it never works (3 times this week Ive tried!). When you press the screen to get someone, that never works too! Ive had to walk to customer service twice, just to ask them to call someone over to that desk. All in all, its a Walmart, so you cant expect top notch service.
