I hate this store because the name is really bad like who actually likes sears come on now were in 2017. Also we live in the US which is the home of the fat people. Kmart is way better. But beside the fact that Kmart is better the workers smell so bad you guys should pay them more so they can pay their water bill. So they can shower daily... you know thats not good for your health not to shower. Management is trash the last time I saw a manager was when the dinosaurs went extinct literally the worst store in history. Its even worst than Walmart and no one can usually be worse than Walmart like come on now. Pick it up man Make Sears great again. Now that my rant is over, I would appreciate it if you liked my review because I gave you 5 stars and if you like this review a Lamborghini will be parked out side your house with the keys locked inside so you may have to call master key to get in but yeah. I find it impossible to reach a person to talk to at Sears in Dartmouth My washing machine was suppose to be delivered on the 15th of June but the delivery men were rude, refused to hook up my washer took it with them so never delivered it and NOT A SINGLE PERSON HAS CALLED ME FROM SEARS !!!! They obviously know I didnt get my washer Ive called about 20 times and still no luck reaching anyone that will help me resolve this situation I will NEVER shop at Sears again I also purchased the Sears home warranty program which is NOT what they say it is Hopefully now someone will contact me!!!

I was a past employee at this Sears and now an average consumer like the rest of you. This company has undergone a lot to deal with over the years but the employees are what make this specific location valuable. At times, the daily operations run on a skeleton crew but this location believes in the older values that made Sears what it was in the beginning. Rather than send products out for service, the Merchandise Pick-up team will often try to resolve and fix your product before sending it out to be serviced.
