I went in to upgrade one of my lines and the service was the worst I have ever seen. They clearly are not properly trained how to activate phones there. They gave all the wrong info. After 45 minutes of getting NOWHERE I said just forget it and not to proceed. I attempted to go back after work since I was really interested in the free $100 gift card with activating the phone which would have helped with Xmas shopping. I got back to electronics and the lady clearly looked like she had no idea how to activate phone. She went to another associate who must have told her they dont activate phones after 9pm. There is no sign posted that states this. I then went up to the service desk and explained what happened and basically was told sorry we cant help you... Please DONT shop here for phones! I am hesitant to shop for anything else there as I am totally disgusted by the service...

I have had so many issues with returning items at this Walmart with receipt in hand that I cant even fathom the stupid reasons of why I have been told no. (I tried to return a sleeping bag last year (granted no receipt for this item) and was told no because it was sporting equipment and they had too much of it in stock). Then going to the Newington Walmart to return and have no issues and actually being told by their employees they have issues with customers all the time from Somersworth for returns. If you are going to shop here, I would suggest not shop here at all. Your better off going to the Target across the street. They will be more knowledgeable about anything you are looking for an not give you an attitude if you ask them a question. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

They have just about anything you need, at just about any time youre likely to need it. Theyre friendly enough for overworked/underpaid employees. Theres a Service Credit Union branch, a decent sized lawn and garden center which changes according to the season, and a grocery area that takes up a third of the store. But its because of its size and lack of cellular phone service that Im giving it 3 stars. In a store its size being able to communicate with family across the store would really come in handy. If theyd fix that, and put in a restaurant to replace the recently departed Subway restaurant, it could be 5 stars. Quite a lot has changed since Sam Walton died, and not for the better, so I have to rate them relative to the average Wal-Mart these days.

I think some people are being unfairly harsh because this is Walmart, and while I tend to agree with many of their comments, it is not as bad as some of the other Walmart stores that I have been to in other parts of the country. Ive had good and bad experiences with the staff, and various shopping trips there, and overall rate this poor to fair, which I guess in terms of Walmarts, thats a pretty good review. I was disappointed in how they handle Vudu digital movies. When I went there to convert some DVDs and Blu-rays, they had no idea what I was talking about, and said that they had never heard of it before. I verified with the manager at another store that all Walmarts do it, and they should know what theyre doing, but unfortunately, this one does not.

Walmart Somersworth has put me through such a hard time trying to get my order, customer service, etc. That I would rather get my CC number stolen going to target then going back here. My whole experience at this place has been a joke similar to a SNL skit. I recommend using their photo center if you enjoy their rude staff that has no idea what is going on. My headache from the holiday season was extra special this year Thanks Walmart!!!

Poor Customer Service. I asked a girl where to find car seats and she literally said " Umm.... In Babies???" Like I should know. Had to inform her I was new in town and didnt memorize the layout of the place like she has. Pharmacy is a nightmare. Slowest.rudest people EVER. I had a male cashier THROW a divider at me when I told him where my stuff started. Just BAD.

I really liked this Wal-Mart. We were traveling up from New Jersey over memorial day weekend, and we happened to stop at this Wal-Mart on our way. This was a very clean well stocked Wal-Mart that I found very refreshing. Our checkout assistant was by far the friendliest person I have ever come across in a Wal-Mart. I enjoyed my shopping experience here.

They have a good selection of food and general merchandise, but the staff are generally enthused and the store is typically quite messy/poorly laid out. Its very difficult to look out of aisles and enter the main aisle due to bulky, poorly-planned endcaps. That being said, its still cheap Walmart merchandise - but its rarely a painless in-and-out.

This is the worst Walmart I have EVER been to. There is always only one or two lines open and the people working have got to be the slowest people on earth. Nobody knows how to do their job. Sometimes I wonder how they even made it through the application process. I dread ever having to go in there and will avoid it at all costs.

This Walmart has THE best prices I have ever seen at any Walmart. I dont know how they do it. Also, I love the staff!! Ive only been a handful of times now but I genuinely feel like Ive made friends here. They are super helpful and I have never had to go hunting for someone in any department --even late at night! Very impressed

A typical Wal-Mart. Staff fluctuates - some kind, others dont want to be bothered or just have attitues... Giving 3* because you can expect to be followed by loss prevention AND the bathrooms are HORRIBLE, especially the one in the front of the store. They should take the time for upkeep...

Wal Mart... makes you feel good about yourself when you shop. Just watch out for parking lot debacles, parents hitting kids, adults shouting at each other... did I mention you come here to feel good about yourself? :) nice selection, both supermarket and dry goods, and open late!

This is my favorite Walmart to shop at because it is in a great location. It is near Target and Home Depot and all three of these stores are stores that I visit on a regular basis so I can get all or most of my shopping done in one day.

What else can I say its Walmart big box stores and all you can get everything and eat in one spot but theyre going to take over the world and theyre going to ruin it for the small company person so I guess I can say Im against them

If Satan ran a company, it would be walmart. Killing small business is their game plan. Its the only place I know that pays their employees so little that it forces them to shop there, effectively taking their paychecks right back.
